Additional Evaluator Notes (please attach more pages, as necessary):

Ms.
Hyman,

Thank you for welcoming me into your class on 12/5/18. Your classroom environment is very warm, caring,
and inviting. Your lesson plan showed evidence of differentiating to meet students' needs. Students were
utilizing
evidence
from
the
text
to
justify
how
the
characters
changed
throughout
the
story.

Your lesson plan indicated that at the end of the lesson, students analyzed a peer's notebook to see how she
achieved the lesson objective. As the year progresses, you may also find it beneficial to include a self-
reflection on the understanding of the objective, in addition to the peer feedback. This will support the
students'
growth
as
learners
and
will
support
your
professional
growth
in
3d:
Using
Assessment
in
Instruction.

Thank
you
for
the
hard
work
you
do
for
our
students
on
a
daily
basis.
