Process Flow
Applicant logs on to Investor Facilitation Portal, fills Common Application Form for “Building Permission” and attaches necessary documents

Applicant will click on ‘Know Your NoC' and fill the details of FP Number/ Survey Number/ DP / TP number

GIS based application list of NoCs - internal and external authority will be auto populated (As all the Survey Number/ FP/DP/TP numbers are mapped
through GIS system)

Checklist for Building Use Permission

6. Undertaking
NoCs (wherever applicable) (As per CGDCR – Chapter no 28)
 NOC from Fire Department. (As per CGDCR – Cheptar no 22)
 NOC form National Monument Authority. (Development in the vicinity of protected monuments shall be regulated and controlled in
accordance with provisions of National Monument Authority.)
 NOC form Airport Authority of India (For Building units within Airport Funnel Area and Critical Area, construction for Building regulated as
NOC shall be required from the AAI)
Note
For further information NOCs are specified in Chapter No. 28 of Comprehensive General Development Control Regulations notified on 12th
October, 2017 wherever applicable.
