CAREER OBJECTIVE:

Being a B.E. in Civil Engineering with 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer. Expertise
in following the work as per Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), Method Statement (MS), Material
Approval Request (MAR), Material Verification Record (MVR), Report for weekly and monthly
performance and documentation to the Quality Manager. A remarkable experience for
maintaining the documentation, Proper interaction and Co-ordination with Clients, Site laboratory
and Site team. Ensure all Inspection are done as per ITP and MS. Ensure all approved materials
and drawings are being used on site. Carrying out of regular Inspection (Hold, Witness and
Surveillance) and Close out of NCR. Awareness of oil and gas foundation preparation, grouting,
earth work. Excavation and back filling.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Coordinating with Quality Manager for the timely submission of all Quality
documentation / Deliverable
 Preparing Inspection and Test Plan / Check Sheets and ensuring approval from Client.
 Ensuring that all Contractual / Company and local authority requirements for Quality,
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements are complied with ensuring the
implementation of the Company and Project Quality System / Plan.
 Ensuring all Inspections are done as per Inspection and Test Plan / Contract and
that these are documented on pre-defined formats / Check Sheets. Ensuring all
Hold and Witness Points are adhered to the Client is given sufficient notice for
Inspection.
 Ensuring incoming materials are inspected, as approved and stored properly as
recommended.
 Ensuring proper interaction and co-ordination with Client, Site Laboratory and Site Team
for Project co-ordination.
 Ensuring all Quality requirements are understood by site personnel / workman and sub-
contractors and providing training in the quality systems and skill functions necessary.
 Ensuring and co-ordination for the sub-contractors
 quality control / implementation on site.
 Ensuring proper control on receipt / distribution of Contractual Documents and
Drawings with assistance from Document Controller.
 Ensuring all valid documentation / contract documents are being used on site.
 Carrying out regular surveillance inspection for activities on site and that of sub-
contractors.
  Monitoring non-conformances and following up with site team for close out.
Ensuring corrective / preventive actions are taken to avoid repetitions of non-
conformances.
 Prepare where necessary, statistical data which will show quality trends.
 Implementation of objective set during management review.
 Reporting weekly quality performances and documentation to Quality Manager.
 Responsible for reviewing all quality records on site and retaining them in handover files.
 Ensuring preparation of Final Hand over Documentation and submissions of
quality related documents.
