1. To apply, file, process and liaise with the Revenue District Office No. 107 for the
transfer of the Estate TIN of our father XXXX who died on XXXXX in Ecoland,
Davao City; and

2. To execute and sign any and all documents that may be required, necessary or
incidental to the purposes for which the power and authority are herein given.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power of authority to do
and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and

to be done by virtue hereof.
