CHAPTER 1 总则 General
汉盛生活污水处理装置是根据 Marpol 73/78 annex IV, IMO Resolution
MEPC 2(VI) 和 MEPC.159(55) 条约进行设计、测试和生产的。
Hansun Sewage Treatment Plant is under regulation of Marpol 73/78 annex
IV, IMO Resolution Mepc2(VI) and MEPC.159(55) treaty for the design, test
and production.

1.1 系统描述 System Detail

系统包括两个曝气柜(No.Ⅰ& No.Ⅱ); No.Ⅲ 为沉淀柜。NoⅠ柜装有一
台粉碎泵，以便快速彻底地粉碎黑水中的污物，No.Ⅰ& No.Ⅱ之间有较小面
积的对流，可使 No.Ⅱ柜即增加了曝气时间，也改善了溢流沉淀柜的水质。
系统顶部安装有涡流风机，通过布置在曝气柜底部的曝气管为生化菌的生长
和有机物的分解提供充足的氧气。系统的主操作面安装有一台排放泵，用于
将处理水排放到舷外。
The Sewage Treatment Plant includes two bioreactor tanks (NO.I & NO.II)
and settling tank. There is a macerating pump in the NO.I tank to quickly and
thoroughly macerate the black water. The convection which exist between NO.I
and NO.II tank, not only protracts aeration time but also improves water quality
in settling tank. The vortex fan upon the system through the aeration pipes under
bioreactor tank provides oxygen for biochemical growth and organic compound
reducer. The discharge pump on the main operation cover drains the disposed
water to outboard.

原污水通过格栅后进入 No.Ⅰ和 No.Ⅱ 柜，原污水进入生化处理柜，

污水中的有机物被活性污泥吸附，有效提高了有机物在生化处理柜的停留时
间，粉碎泵粉碎原污水中的大体积的污物和体积过大的活性污泥，能有效防
止系统被阻塞，还能粉碎污物、扰动污泥以提高生化处理的效率。
The sewage inters the NO.I and NO.II through grid. The organic compounds
in the sewage are adsorbed active sullage, which is in the bioreactor tank,
increase the settling time of organic compounds inner bioreactor tank. The
discharge pump disposes the bigger ordure in sewage and the bigger active
sullage. It could prevent system plug up and improve the efficiency of
biochemical disposal.

在此过程中，经风机压缩过的空气将被注入 No.Ⅰ&Ⅱ柜，通过曝气、
生化分解反应后的水将流入 No.Ⅲ沉淀柜。底层沉淀物和上层浮沫经气动喷
射器返回生化处理柜 No.Ⅰ再次进行粉碎和曝气，然后进入新的生化处理循
环。
At this stage, it will inhibit heavy biographical base settlement, compressed air
agitating and boiling in chamber NO.I & NO.II, that keep no settlement inside
chamber. After that the treated effluents overflow into NO.III settling chamber.

The settlement under NO.III chamber will be ejected into NO.I chamber by
compressed air, then to be macerated again, and come into new circulation.

在船用污水处理装置中采用了鼓风曝气法,用曝气器将空气分散到水
中。曝气管采用软性管状曝气器,软管周径表面都有气孔,都能曝气。在水中
产生微气泡，气泡上升速度慢，布气均匀，氧气利用率提高。所采用的曝气
器气道短而直，气压损失小，且避免污泥倒灌。长时间停止曝气不会产生堵
塞。汉盛的船用生活污水处理装置的优势在于：提高曝气过程中氧转移的动
力效率，降低动力消耗，减少了污水处理的成本。
It always use blast aeration in the marine sewage treatment plant, the
aeration put the air into the water dispersedly. Aerator pipe use
soft tubular aerator, hose circumference surface has holes, both can aeration. It
make micro-bubbles in the water, the bubbles rise slowly, distributed uniformly,
and more efficient use of Oxygen. The airway of aerator in the sewage treatment
plant short and straight, less pressure lost, and avoids the sludge back flow. Stop
aerating for a long time can not jam. The advantage of hansun sewage treatment
plant is：improve the dynamic efficiency of Oxygen transfer in the aeration
process, reduce power consumption and the cost of sewage treatment.

第Ⅲ柜内装有水过滤装置，处理水将流过过滤单元，然后流入紫外线消
毒器，过滤装置由若干个自清滤袋组成，压缩空气对其定时的进行反吹自清
洗。同时，反清洗后的污物，将被撇沫器收集，并被抽吸喷射到第一柜再次
进入新的生化处理循环。
There is a filter device equipped in NO.III thank, treated effluent will flow
into the filter element, then flow into UV-sterilizer, the filter device has certain
filter element, which timely backflushed by compressed air for self cleaning, the
solid particles will be ejected into NO.II tank also for new treatment and
circulation.

水过滤装置功能描述：
水过滤装置又称为自净装置，通过 PLC 控制电磁阀，使得两个滤袋进
行自动更替的反吹，。使用了纳米技术的滤袋，将悬浮颗粒全部截留在滤袋
的表面，在反冲过程中悬浮颗粒被自动的排除滤袋表面，并经过沉淀后被污
泥回收装置喷射回 No.Ⅰ或 （No.Ⅱ） 柜，形成活性污泥。
Water filter device function description：
Water filter device is also called self-clean device，controlled the solenoid
valve by PLC, make the two bag filter automatic exchange back blowing. The
bag filter use nanometer technology, will interception suspended particles on the
surface of the filter bag，in the back flush process, suspended particles is auto
intercepted on the surface of the filter bag, after precipitation it is injected to No.
Ⅰ or (No. Ⅱ) tank by the sludge recycle device, become active sludge.

灰水和 No.Ⅲ 柜的处理水将一同流入 No.Ⅳ 清水柜内的紫外线消毒

器。紫外线消毒器将有效的杀死几乎所有的大肠杆菌、病毒及其他有害细菌，
以保证排放的污物的排放低于新条约 MEPC.159(55) 所规定的排放值。同
时，由于减少了加氯消毒的量，故在保证排放菌数低于条约规定值时，排放
物余氯的含量也低于 0.5mg/l 的要求。经紫外线消毒器消毒后的处理水将自
流入第四柜。大肠杆菌和细菌将被抑制到规定以下，最后并被合格排放。紫
外线消毒是十分有效和环保的消毒方式，并且不消耗消毒药品。加药处理只
是辅助的消毒方式。清水柜的水经由浮子开关自动控制的排出泵排至舷外。
The grey water and treated water flow into sterilizer unit in NO.IV chamber,
both enter into a Ultra-violet Sterilizer as disinfection unit, where coliform, virus
and other harmful bacteria will be killed by strong UV ray. That is required by
latest regulation MEPC.159(55), which states residual of chlorine in effluent
should be less than 0.5mg/l, and less coliform and harmful bacteria. Effluents
overflow from NO.III chamber, enter into UV-sterilizer chamber, there also same
entrance of grey water to UV-sterilizer, which gives fully sterilizing, and kill
coliforms and bacteria, keep them less than requirement of regulation. Chlorine
dosing unit is the accessorial disinfection. Water in the clean tank is drained to
outboard by level switch.

紫外线消毒器功能描述：
紫外线消毒器通过细菌吸收紫外线的能量后,引起 DNA 链的断裂，导致
细胞死亡。在消毒后不增加任何化学添加物，也不产生任何新的化学添加物。
紫外线消毒后的过滤水被定义为“已过滤消毒的再生水” ，基本上不含病原
体(这里指脊髓灰质炎病毒 5log10 灭活和大肠杆菌 7 天中浓度值为 2.2 个
/100ml)。
Uv sterilizer function description:
Uv sterilizer absorbs uv energy by the bacteria, cause DNA chain rupture,
then causing cell death. It doesn’t need to increase any chemical additives after
disinfection, also doesn't produce any new chemical additives. The water after
disinfect and filtering is defined as "filtered and disinfected recycled water,"
basically doesn’t contain the pathogen (It means 5log10 of the poliovirus is
inactivated and the concentration of Escherichia coil is about 2.2/100 ml in 7
days).

加药泵功能描述：
汉盛生活污水处理装置采用自动加药系统，在每次排放污水之后，将自
动加药。药剂采用新型药剂，在同等浓度的情况下杀菌效果是余氯的 10 倍，
接触时间更短，消毒剂投加量更少;且能够有效杀灭细菌繁殖体、细菌芽孢、
真菌、病毒、原生动物、藻类和浮游生物等有害微生物；还可以去除还原性
无机物和部分致色、致臭、致突变的有机物。
Dosing pump function description:
The sewage treatment equipment adopts automatic dosing system, every

time after discharge sewage, it will add medicine automatically. We use new drug,
the effect of sterilization is 10 times more than chlorine in the same
concentration, contact time is shorter, dosing quantity of disinfectant less; and it
can kill multiplication of bacteria, bacteria spore, fungi, and viruses, protozoa,
algae, plankton and other harmful microbes availably; also can remove reduction
of inorganic substance and part of organic compound cause by color, stink and
mutation.

CHAPTER 3 安装指导 Installation Instructions

3.1 交货条件 Delivery condition
整个生活污水处理装置已经完成了内部的管路和线路的连接，在发货前
已经进行了车间试验，并出具相应得车间试验报告。
The sewage treatment plant completed with inner piping and cabling, and
workshop tested prior to delivery. Which also functional test with factory
certificate issued.

3.2 现场定位 On-site positioning

生活污水处理装置应该布置在机舱合适的位置，应该有充足的维修空
间。侧边保持 600mm 左右的维修空间，前面为 500mm。以确保所有的维修
道门能方便的打开。整个装置可以以底座铆接和焊接在机舱的底座上。
The unit should be installed in a position where is appropriate position inner
engine room for enough maintenance space. And keep 600mm on each side, and
500mm on front, and secure opening space of maintenance door. The whole plant
can be both bolted and welded on the floor of engine room deck.

3.3 管路连接 Pipe connections

生活污水处理装置有以下的外部连接口，可以连接到船厂的管路系统。
所有连接口如下：

3.4 电气连接 Electric Connection

整个生活污水处理装置只有一个主电源连接，3×440VAC; 60Hz。控制
电源由控制箱内部的变压器提供电源。
There is only main power connection, 3×440VAC; 60Hz. Control power is
supplied by transformer inside of control cabinet.

3.5 报警延伸 Alarm extension to ECR

整个装置提供一个公共的无源报警延伸，报警可以延伸到机舱集控室。
There is on common potential-free contact alarm extension available. It can
be extended to ECR.

CHAPTER 4 操作指导 Operation Instruct

在启动系统前，请确认以下操作步骤：
Before start-up system, please make sure the operation procedure as follow:

4.1 系统启动 System start-up

¾ 打开 V1&V6，关闭 V2&V3
Open V1&V6 and close V2 & V3.
¾ 打开 V4、V5
Open V4、V5.
¾ 系统内注入水
Fill up the unit with water.
¾ 打开排放出口阀、舷外阀，及之间的阀门。
Open all valves between the water outlet and the overboard.
¾ 选择“Manual” 或“auto”的运转模式。
Press “Manual” mode or “Auto” mode select running status.
¾ 在“Manual”模式下按 F1、F2、F3 启动排放泵、粉碎泵、风机。
Press “F1”, “F2” and “F3” key under “Manual” mode to start up discharge pump,
macerating pump and blower.
部分打开（约 1/3）V7,V8 直到观察到污泥回流
Open V6&V7 a bit (about one-third) until the sewage effluences is observed.
¾ 在“Auto mode”按 “Start-up”由 PLC 自动启动系统。
In “Auto mode” press “Start-up” key on PLC. Press “Start-up” key start-up
system.

4.2 系统停止 System shut-down

¾ 在“Manual mode”按面板上的键，然后停止排放泵、粉碎泵和风机。
Press “Stop” key under “Manual mode” to stop discharge pump,
macerating pump and air blower.
¾ 在“Auto mode”按面板上的停止键，然后由系统自动停止排放泵、
粉碎泵和风机。
In “Auto mode” press stop key on panel, then stop pumps, blower and
by system in logic.

4.3 紫外线消毒器及加氯消毒

Disinfection with UV-sterilizer or Chlorine dosing unit

系统配置有紫外线消毒器，其对舷外排放水进行彻底消毒。同时，系统
也配置了加氯消毒装置作为消毒的选项。
The system equipped with UV-sterilizer, which is the best way of
disinfection to effluents overboard discharging. Meanwhile there is a chlorine
dosing unit equipped as an option disinfection device.

其详细的操作方法可参考以下步骤：
The operations procedures are as follows:

4.3.1氯装置的启动 Chlorine dosing Start-up

— 生活污水处理装置在 No.Ⅳ 柜配备了加氯装置和化学药桶。
There is chlorine dosing unit with chemical tank equipped on the NO.IV tank.
— 运行前，请在药桶内注入适量的消毒药剂。
Please fill sterilizing chemical (Chlorine or equivalent) in chemical tank.
— 按面板上的“F4”键，启动加药泵。
Press “F4” key to start dosing pump.
— No.Ⅳ 柜的液位开关触发运行排放泵，且在排放泵自动停止后，
加药泵自动运行，在设定时间后自动停止。
The dosing pump automatically runs after discharge pump stop when the
level switch of NO.IV tank is activated, until set time run out.

4.3.2紫外线消毒器启动 UV-sterilizer Start-up

紫外线消毒器是对舷外排放水进行最后消毒的装置，也是生活污水处理
的关键。
此装置是特殊处理，用于舷外处理污水排放的要求，整个装置包括不锈
钢柜体、紫外线灯管、石英套管、清洗刷。
There is a UV-sterilizer equipped for disinfection of effluents to overboard,
this is a key effective way of final treatment of sewage water.
The UV unit is designed to provide disinfection treat of effluents, the whole
system include stainless steel UV chamber, UV-lamp, quartz jacket and cleaning
brush.

4.4 生活污水处理装置柜体残留物的排放和清洁

Cleaning and discharge residual of whole tank of sewage

treatment plant
请注意，在港口和排放限制地区进行污水排放是被严格禁止的，此排放
形式可以在被允许的未限制区域和用通岸连接口进行排放。
Please keep in mind that never discharge sewage and sludge when the ship
is in harbor or in a restricted area. This has to be done when the ship is in a
unrestricted zone or to shore facilities via the Marpol flange.
所有条件具备后，如果想清洗柜体及清空柜体，请根据如下流程执行：
In right condition, if intends to clean and empty tank, please keep
procedures as follows:
¾ 关闭 V1,V3, 打开 V2
Close valve V1, and open V2.
¾ 在“Manual mode”启动排放泵，分别清空 No.Ⅲ号柜体。
In “Manual mode” starts up discharge pump, and empty NO.III
tank.
¾ 关闭 V1,V2, 打开 V3
Close valve V1, V2 and open V3.
¾ 在“Manual mode”启动排放泵，分别清空 NO.I 和 NO.II 号柜体。
In “Manual mode” starts up discharge pump, and empty NO.I &
NO.II chamber.
¾ 清空柜体后，打开 V1, 然后关闭 V2 和 V3
Upon tank emptied, open V1 and then close V2 & V3.

4.5 反冲洗 Back wash

连接反冲洗管路，打开 V3,关闭 V1,V2，V6 阀。保持溢流阀，通风阀
的畅通，缓慢打开发冲洗阀,冲洗 NO.I 和 NO.II 号柜体。
Connect to the backwash piping, open valve V3 and close valve V1,V2,V6，
Keep the overflow valve and the vent valve open，slowly open the back wash
valve and clean the NO.I & NO.II chamber.
打开 V2,关闭 V1,V3,冲洗 No.Ⅲ号柜体。
Open valve V2 and close valve V1,V3，clean the No.Ⅲ chamber.

打开 V1,关闭 V2,V3,冲洗 No.Ⅳ号柜体。

CHAPTER 5 人机操作界面说明 HMI operation instruction

5.1 概 述 General
船用生活污水处理装置采用人机交互的方式，实现操作人员对控制系统
的监控与设定。本装置使用的西门子 TD400C 人机交互界面（HMI）是文本
显示类型，通过显示文本信息将各种状态、数据传递给操作人员，并通过界
面上的操作键，使用户能对系统进行控制及参数设置。人机界面外观如下图
所示：
Hansun Sewage Treatment Plant equips with HMI interface operation panel,
and easy to ship’s crew for on-site controlling, monitoring and setting. The
interface panel (HMI) of SIEMENS TD400C has LCD screen, which displays
status of system running, easy for operation. There are operation keys positioned
on screen panel, through them user can read and adjust settings of system in right
way. The interface panel (HMI) as follow:

5.2 操作界面 Operation interface

本设备的操作界面主要包括三个操作内容：The system operation interface
includes three mode pages:

（1）手动/自动模式 Mode selection Manual/Auto status

5.3 操作说明 Operation description

5.3.1 手动操作 Manual Mode
开机后进入主屏幕，屏幕上显示“Stand by”状态（系统无操作，处于
停止状态，没有进行操作选择）。 如图 1 所示，此设备分为手动操作和自动
操作，按下“manual”按钮，设备即进入手动操作界面下，主屏幕上显示
“MANUAL OPERATION”，如下图 2 和图 3。主屏幕显示有 2 页。第一页
显示排放泵，风机，粉碎泵和加药泵 1 的运行状态。第二页显示主要真空泵，
辅助真空泵(可选)的运行状态。页面之间的切换通过 、 按钮进行。在手
动模式下，若按下按钮“STOP”，则系统停止，回到“Stand by”状态。
The screen display "Stand by"status when the equipment power on（the
system in a stopped state and the working mode isn't selected).As shown in
picture 1, the equipment working mode is divided into two parts: manual
operation and auto operation.When the user press the "manual" button, the
device enters the manual operation interface and "MANUAL OPERATION" will
display on the main screen as the following picture 2 and 3. There have two main
pages in the screen display. The first page shows the operating status of discharge
pumps, blowers, macerating pump and dosing pump 1.The second page shows
the two vacuum pump running status. Page switch though the button 、 .In
the manual mode, if users press the "STOP" button, the system stop and come
back to the "Stand by" status.

在手动模式下，可手动控制以下部件的运行及停止：
In manual mode，users can manual operate the equipments parts as following:
排放泵启动：按下 “manual_disc_pp”按钮，主用排放泵启动。若设定排放泵
1 为主用排放泵，则在主屏幕上显示“DISCHARGE PUMP 1 RUN”。再次按
下 “manual_disc_pp”按钮，排放泵 1 停止，在主屏上显示“DISCHARE PUMP
1 STOP”。如果设定排放泵 2 为主用排放泵，则运行和停止的显示同排放泵
1。主用排放泵的选择参看 5.3。
Discharge pump start: Press the "manual_disc_pp"button and the discharge
pump start .If the discharge pump 1 is the main pump,so there display
"DISCHARGE PUMP 1 RUN".Press the "manual_disc_pp" button again to stop
the pump and "DISCHARGE PUMP 1 STOP" shows in the display screen.If set
the discharge pump 2 as the main pump ,the operation and display will be the
same as the discharge pump 1.Selection of the main discharge pump please refer
to 5.3.
风机启动：按下“manual_blower”按钮，主用风机启动。若设定风机 1 为主用
风机，则在主屏幕上显示“BLOWER 1 RUN”。再次按下“manual_blower”
按钮，风机 1 停止，在主屏上显示“BLOWER 1 STOP”。如果设定风机 2

为主用风机，则运行和停止显示同风机 1。主用风机的选择参看 5.2。

Blower start: Press the "manual_blower"button and blower start.If the blower 1
is the main blower,so there display "BLOWER 1 RUN".Press the
"manual_blower" button again to stop the blower and "BLOWER 1 STOP"
shows in the display screen.If set the blower 2 as the main blower ,the operation
and display will be the same as the blower 1.Selection of the main blower please
refer to 5.2.
粉碎泵启动：按下“manual_mace”按钮，粉碎泵启动。粉碎泵运行，则在主
屏幕上显示“MACE PUMP RUN”。再次按下“manual_mace”按钮，粉碎泵停
止，在主屏上显示"MACE PUMP STOP”。注：在手动模式下，粉碎泵和风
机可以同时运行。
Macerating pump start: Press the "manual_mace"button and pump start.There
display "MACE PUMP RUN".Press the "manual_mace"button again to stop the
pump and "MACE PUMP STOP" shows in the display screen.
加药泵 1 运行：按下 SHIFT+"vacuum pp"按钮，加药泵 1 启动。加药泵运行，
则在主屏幕上显示“DOSING PUMP RUN”。再次按下 SHIFT+"vacuum pp"
按钮停止加药泵或者加药泵运行了定时的加药时间后自动停止。加药泵的运
行状态和排放泵的运行状态显示在同一行(加药泵和排放泵不能同时运行）。
当加药泵运行时，才显示加药泵 1 的运行状态。加药泵停止时，则显示排放
泵的状态。加药泵手动加药时间，设定值可以在设定屏幕中进行修改。加药
时间的参数设定 5.6。
Dosing pump1 start: Press the SHIFT+"vacuum pp" button and the dosing
pump start.The screen display "Dosing pump1 RUN". Press the SHIFT+"vacuum
pp" button again to stop the pump or the dosing pump stopped automatically
when the running time reach to the setting value . The dosing pump running
status and the discharge pump running status show in the same line (discharge
pump and dosing pump can't run in the same time).If the dosing pump
running ,the screen will show the dosing pump 1 status.If the dosing pump stop,

it will display the discharge pump status in the screen. Dosing time of the manual
dosing can be changed in the setting screen.Dosing time please refer to 5.6.
主用真空泵运行：按下 SHIFT+ “manual_mace”按钮，主用真空泵启动，主
屏幕上显示“MAIN PUMP VPX RUN”。再次按下按下 SHIFT+
“manual_mace”按钮，主用真空泵停止。其中 X 是真空泵的编号，主用真空

辅助真空泵运行（可选）：如果真空泵的个数为 2，则显示辅助真空泵的运
行状态。按下 SHIFT+ “manual_disc_pp”按钮，辅助真空泵启动，主屏幕上
显示“AUX PUMP VPX RUN”。再次按下 SHIFT+ “manual_disc_pp”按钮，
辅助真空泵停止。其中 X 是真空泵的编号，辅助真空泵的选择参看 5.4。
Auxiliary vacuum pump start（option）: If the number of vacuum pumps is two
pumps, the screen will display the auxiliary vacuum pump running status. Press
the SHIFT+“manual_disc_pp” button and the auxiliary vacuum pump start.The
screen display "AUX PUMP VPX RUN".Press the SHIFT+" manual_disc_pp"
button again to stop the pump. The X means the NO.of vacuum pump .Auxiliary
pump selection please refer to 5.4.
真空系统运行：按下"vacuum pp"按钮，真空系统启动。真空系统的启动，
需在手动操作模式下进行。真空系统包括真空泵 VP1、真空泵 VP2。真空系
统根据压力开关的状态自动运行上述 2 个装置。主屏幕第二页第一行显示
“VACUUM CONTROL ON”。再次按下"vacuum pp"按钮，真空系统停止,
显示“MANUAL OPERATION”，如图 4 显示。若设备只使用了一台真空泵，
则在真空系统下,主用真空泵自动运行，系统不含有辅助真空泵，显示如图 5
所示。

run. The vacuum system running must be under the manual mode. The system
contains the vacuum pump 1 (VP1) and the vacuum pump 2 (VP2)（option）.
According to the status of the pressure switch, the VP1 and VP2 will run
automatically. The screen display "VACUUM CONTROL ON". Press the
"vacuum pp" button again to stop the system. The screen show the “MANUAL
OPERATION”, as the picture 4 .If the equipment only has one vacuum pump,
the main vacuum will run automatically and the equipment doesn’t have
auxiliary pump,as shown in picture 5.

注意：在真空系统下不能进行手动主用真空泵和手动辅泵的操作。如果
要进行上述 2 项操作，应先按下"vacuum pp"按钮停止真空系统，然后再进
行相应操作。在主用真空泵或者辅泵手动运行的过程中，不能运行真空系统。
若要运行真空系统，需先停止主用真空泵或者辅泵的手动运行，然后进行相
应操作。
Attention: In Vacuum system, manual main vacuum pump and manual
auxiliary vacuum pump can’t use. If the users want to use the vacuum pump
manually, have to stop the vacuum system first The vacuum system can’t run

5.3.2 自动操作 Auto operation
开机后进入主屏幕，屏幕上显示“Stand by”状态（系统无操作，处于
停止状态，没有进行操作选择）。在主屏幕选择操作面板上的 AUTO，进入
自动操作模式,主屏幕显示“AUTO OPERATION”，系统按照程序的设定自
动运行，如下图 6。在自动模式下，若按下按钮“STOP”，则系统停止，回
到“Stand by”状态。
The screen display "Stand by" status when the equipment power on（the

press the "AUTO" button,the device enters the auto operation interface and
"AUTO OPERATION" will display on the main screen as the following picture 6.
The auto system will run according to the setting program. In the auto mode, if

5.4 报警说明 Alarm description

按下“Alarm display”按钮，进入报警列表界面。当有报警发生时，按
此按钮可以在屏幕上看到具体的报警信息。

5.5 参数设置模式 Remark of editing mode

5.5.1 参数设置方法 Parameters setting
用户在屏幕上按下 键进入模式选择界面。在模式选择界面下选择参
数设置模式，并按下 键进入参数设置模式，包含了参数设定 1 和参数设
定 2，一共十二个参数设置页面，各个页面可以通过 、 键滚动切换，并
通过 键直接返回到模式选择界面。用户可以通过人机界面对系统的参数进
行修改，用户可以移动光标到参数修改处，通过 键进入到参数修改状态。
通过 键增加数值参数的大小，通过 键减小数值参数的大小。 当用户变
更参数后，按 键将确认保存更改的参数，按 键将取消更改的参数。

“Parameters setting mode” contains setting 1 and setting 2, totally eleven pages

5.5.2 主用风机选择设置 Blower setting page

污水处理装置可以安装 1 个或者 2 个风机。当有 2 个风机时，自动运行模
式会自动选择哪个风机作为主用风机运转，以保证每个风机都能承担平衡的
运转负荷。在本设置页面中，用户可以设置风机的数量，也可以手动指定当
前哪个风机为主风机。如要对主用风机进行切换，在屏幕“MAIN BLOWER:
XXX”中进行输入主用风机编号，如下图 7 所示。

equips two blowers, main blower defined automatically when system is running
in “Auto mode”, and the system keep two blowers running in same hours time
and in good order. Users can set pump quantity, and appoint which one of them is

main blower manually. If the users need to change the main blower, they can
enter the No. of main blower in the screen “MAIN BLOWER: XXX”, as the

5.5.3 主用排放泵的选择 Discharge pump setting page

污水处理装置可以安装 1 个或者 2 个排放泵。当有 2 个排放泵时，自动
运行模式会自动选择哪个泵作为主泵运转，以保证每个泵都能承担平衡的运
转负荷。在本设置页面中，用户可以设置泵的数量，也可以手动指定当前哪
个排放泵为主泵。如要对主用排放泵进行切换，在屏幕中“MAIN DISC.
PUMP XXX”中输入主用排放泵编号。

system equips two pumps, main pump defined automatically when system is
running in “Auto mode”, and the system keep two pump running in same hours

5.5.4 主用真空泵和辅助真空泵的选择
污水处理装置可以安装 1 个或者 2 个真空泵。若真空泵的数量为 1，则
只有主用真空泵，没有辅助真空泵。如下图 10，可以选择真空泵的数量。
在本设置页面中，用户可以手动指定主用真空泵的编号、辅助真空泵的编号
和真空泵的数量。如要对主用真空泵进行切换，在屏幕中“MAIN VP PUMP
XXX”中进行输入，输入主用真空泵编号，如图 9 所示。

注意：当设定主用真空泵为 1，则辅助泵自动变换为 2。同理，当设置
主用真空泵为 2，则辅助泵自动切换为 1。当真空泵数量为 1 时，则出厂设
置默认真空泵 1 为主用真空泵，不存在辅助真空泵。为保证每个泵都能承担
平衡的运转负荷，请根据真空泵的运行时间，手动切换真空泵的主辅设置。
Notification: If users set VP 1 is the main pump, VP 2 will become to

VP 1 is the main vacuum pump in factory setting. In order to keep two pumps
running in same hours time and in good order, please change the NO. of main
pump and auxiliary pump according to the running hour of vacuum pump.

5.5.5 反吹清洗设置 Setting of filter back-flushing

本污水处理装置包含两个过滤器，通过对滤器定时的反吹，可将阻塞的
杂质吹走，从而实现滤器过滤功能的再生。当一个袋式过滤器反吹洗时，另
外一个袋式滤器过滤，系统对此有时间设定,如下图 11。用户可以通过本页
来设置反吹时间即反吹的间隔，其更改方法可参考(5.1)进行。
The sewage treatment plant equips with two filtering devices, which can be
recovered by air back-flushing. Then solids will be ejected to tank for further
macerating again. When one filter bag under normal filtering, the other is to be
placed in back-flushing automatically. This is the setting page for time of
back-flushing and interval as the following picture 11.

Filter blow interval XXX s：表示每过多少秒反吹一次滤器。XXX 为间隔的
时间，单位为秒。
Filter blow interval: XXX s：XXX means the time of each back-flushing, unit is
second.
Filter blow dutration YYY s:表示每次反吹持续多少时间。YYY 为持续时间，，
单位为秒。
Filter blow duration: YYY s：YYY means time interval of each back-flushing.

5.5.6 加药及液位报警参数设置 Setting of chemical dosing and level alarm

本页面包含了两个参数设置项：高液位报警延时设置、加药时间设置。
由于本污水处理装置是在船上使用的，由于船的晃动，使得液位开关很可能
出现误动作，所以系统包含了一个高液位报警的延时设置，当报警信号持续
超过设定的延时时间时，系统才会确认该故障确实发生。加药时间的设置是
设置当加药过程启动时，启动加药泵的时间，通过设置加药时间就能控制加
药量的大小了。参见下图 12。
This page has two setting items: high level alarm time delay, dosing time
setting. Since subject sewage treatment plant is for marine and offshore
application, there could be wrong activating of level switch, thus there equips
with time delay for high level switch. Upon extends time delay, alarm is to be
extended accordingly. Setting chemical dosing time intends to control dosage of
chemical, as the following picture 12

HH level alarm delay: XX s：就是设置高液位报警延时设置项，其中 XX 就
是可设置的延时值，单位为秒。
HH level alarm delay: XX s: is the setting item of time delay for HH level alarm,
the unit is second.
Dosing 1 timer: YY s：设置加药时间的设置项，其中 YY 是可设置的加药时

当有 2 个排放泵时，为了平衡每个泵的运转负荷，系统每过一段时间切
换泵的运转，被指定可运转的泵为主泵。本页面提供给用户设置主泵切换的
时间间隔。

为小时。X.XX 的数值是可以更改的，其更改方法可参考(5.1 参数编辑)。

5.5.9 风机的运转参数设置 Running setting of blower

由于污水处理装置的特点以及所选用风机的风量，允许风机可以不必连
续运转，这样可以大大降低因连续运转而造成的风机损坏，从而提高风机的
使用寿命。本页面可由用户自行定义风机运转和停止的时间。
Air blower running XXX min in every YYY min： 其中 XXX 表示在一个
运行周期内风机运转时间，YYY 表示风机运行周期，即每 YYY 分钟内风机
运转 XXX 分钟。XXX 和 YYY 的数值是可以更改的，其更改方法可参考(5.1
参数编辑)。
Sewage treatment plant needs corresponding air volume of treatment, and
needs bio-action interval for treatment inside chamber. Thus blower doesn’t need
to be in running continuously, that’s also good for blower, and further secure the
blower life. User can define running time and stop interval of blower.
Air blower running XXX min in every YYY min. XXX means running time
in a cycle, YYY means a running cycle(include running time and stopping time).
Thus it means blower running XXX minutes in every YYY minutes. XXX and
YYY are changeable. The method of modify the set value please refer to (5.1)

面可由用户自行定义粉碎泵运转和停止的时间。
Mace. Pump running XXX minutes in every YYY minutes： 其中 XXX 表
示在一个运行周期内的粉碎泵运转时间，YYY 表示粉碎泵运行周期。即每
YYY 分钟内粉碎泵运转 XXX 分钟。XXX 和 YYY 的数值是可以更改的，
其更改方法可参考(5.1 参数编辑)。
Sewage treatment plant needs fine bio-treatment, the organic waste need to
be macerated in good way, also time interval of bio-action. That’s more
improving to secure excellent bio-treatment. Thus the system design has
macerating time and bio-action interval for treatment inside chamber. The
macerating pump needn’t to be in running continuously, that’s also good for
pump, and further secure the pump life. User can define running time and stop
interval of macerating pump.

the alarm will occurs and remind the users to check the pump and level switch.

5.6 恢复出厂设置和运行时间

5.6.1风机、排放泵、粉碎泵及真空泵的运行时间 Running hours display
在生活污水程序中，对粉碎泵、风机，排放泵和真空泵的总运行时间进
行了计时，通过记录的时间，用户可以更好的决定各泵的使用级别、维修时
间、更换计划。如下图 19 所示。
This page states running hour of each pump and blower, user can decide
maintenance or replacement plan in right way ,as following picture 19.

No.1: XXX h：显示了一号排放泵的运转时间，其中 XXX 就是记录
了一号泵累计运转的时间值。
No.1: XXX h: means running hours of NO.1 discharge pump, XXX is the
record of running time of subject pump.
No.2: YYY h：显示了二号排放泵的运转时间，其中 YYY 就是记录
了二号泵累计运转的时间值。
No.2: YYY h: means running hours of NO.2 discharge pump, YYY is the
record of running time of subject pump.
其中 XXX 和 YYY 的值是可以更改的，便于用户更换泵后从新计时的需求。

5.6.2恢复出厂设置 Restore to default setting

为了方便用户操作，系统提供了基本的参数缺省值,在屏幕“RESTORE
THE FAULT SETTING:XXX”,在 XXX 中输入值 1，即可恢复为出厂设定值。
The system has default setting, which is the initial setting in workshop.
Users can input in screen“RESTORE THE FAULT SETTING:XXX” and XXX
is enter "1". It will turn back to factory setting parameters automatically.

5.7 其他设置 Other settings

5.7.1语言选择 Screen language selection
默认语言为英语。语言的选择必须在 STAND BY 的状态下进行。选择
方 法 如 下 ： 进 入 stand by 界 面 。 依 照 顺 序 按 下
SF1+SF2+SF3+F4+SF1+F4+SF2+SF3（SF1 指 shift+F1，SF2…均相同,F4 不
需要使用 shift），当前语言状态为英语时则变换为中文，当前语言状态时中
文则变为英语。注意：中文语言的显示只支持当屏幕系统语言为中文时，屏
幕系统的语言选择，需要在屏幕的操作菜单里进行。
系统语言指：显示屏系统支持的语言。系统语言的调整要在
OPERATOR MENU 里的 SELECT LANGUAGE 里进行。
当前语言指：当前显示的语言。
The default language is English. The language selection is must be under
“STAND BY” mode. Method as following: Enter into “STAND BY” mode.
Press the button in the following order:
S“manual_mace” + S“manual_disc_pp” + S“manual_blower” + "vacuum pp"
+ S“manual_mace” + "vacuum pp" + S“manual_disc_pp” +
S“manual_blower”
(S means SHIFT).
If the current screen language is English，the language is from English to
Chinese after press the button as above. Notification: If the screen language
choose Chinese , users have to change the screen system language to Chinese
first. Users can change the system language in “OPERATOR MENUE” and
“SELECT LANGUAGE”.

CHAPTER 6 日常维护 Maintenance

6.1 每日维护 Daily inspection
„ 检查 ECR 的报警记录，生活污水处理装置是否有报警产生。
„ Check the alarm record in ECR, there is no alarm occur to sewage
treatment plant.
„ 拉推紫外线消毒器的清洗刷，清洗石英套管。
„ Clean UV-quarts by pull-push cleaning brush on UV-sterilizer.
„ 检查是否有舱底溢流现象。
„ Check there is no overflow to bilge.

6.2 每周检查 Weekly inspection

„ 检查沉淀柜喷射管的情况，应该没有堵塞现象发生。
„ Check the ejecting pipe of settling tank, there should be no clogging occurs.
„ 检查风机，没有异声响。
„ Check the air blower, there is no noise occurs.
„ 检查柜体，没有异常渗漏。
„ Check the tank, there is no leakage occurs.
„ 检查加药装置药剂桶的药剂液位。
„ Check the chemical level in chemical tank of dosing device.

6.3 每月检查 Monthly inspection

„ 检查水泵的运行情况，没有异声，如需要进行润滑。
„ Check the pump running, there is no noise and lubricate if applicable.
„ 检查风机，没有异声，如需要进行润滑。
„ Check air blower, no noise and lubricate if applicable.
„ 检查是否后溢流现象。
„ Check there is no overflow.

6.4 每年检验 Annual inspection

生活污水处理装置建议每年排空和内部柜体清洗。由于有一些矿物油脂
的沉淀和堆积，将影响生化细菌的生长，故每年建议对 No.Ⅰ&No.Ⅱ柜体进
行清洗。
It is suggested that should empty unit and clean tank annually. Due to the

build up of mineral sludge, biological mass in NO.I & NO.II tank to be displaced
and cleaned annually.
此过程可以在未限制区域或通过通岸连接口进行。务必不能在港口及限
制区域进行柜体清空清洗排放。
It is allowed when the ship is in an unrestricted zone or to shore facilities
via the Marpol flange. Never discharge sludge when the ship is in harbour or in a
restricted area.
„ 柜体清空以后，检查柜体内部的油漆涂层情况。
„ Check inner paint of chambers after tank is emptied.
„ 用压力淡水冲洗柜体内部，将污物压排至通岸连接口。
„ Flush tank inside by fresh water and pump sludge out by shore connection.
„ 检查黑水进口的过滤网，去除污物，冲洗干净。
„ Check inlet strainer of black water, flush sludge and clean.

CHAPTER 7 故障排除 Troubleshooting

生活污水处理装置配有 PLC 可编程控制器，其可以监控系统运行的所
有状态。同时，PLC 内有整个报警记录的列表。
The sewage treatment plant equip with PLC programmer, which monitors
all the status of system running. Once alarm occurs, there would be alarm
recorded and displayed on screen of PLC.

故障描述和排除主要描述如下，请根据以下相关的状态判断，并排除故
障。同时，显示板上也有类似故障的提示，做出判断后可以采取措施。
The troubleshooting is illustrated as follows. Please check and follow up
when something wrong with the unit. Meanwhile there is error messages display,
please refer to and take further action.

1.1 General description 总则描述

This operation and maintenance manual apply to Hansun centrifugal macerating
pump, CF Series Marine pulverizing pump is the open impeller centrifugal
discharge pump, which is used to pulverize and transfer the soft foul in the sewage
under 85 ℃. The diameter of the maximum solid particles is not more than 5mm
after circular crushing. It is also applicable to pulverizing the coagulated heavy fuel
oil under low temperature, in order to facilitate injection.
此操作维护手册适用于汉盛离心粉碎泵, CF系列船用粉碎泵系开式叶轮离心排
放泵，用于温度低于85℃的生活污水中软质污物粉碎及输送。经循环粉碎后的
最大固体颗粒直径不大于5mm,也适用于船用重油低温凝固粉碎，便于喷射。

1.2 Delivery 交货
The pump delivered with wood skid mount, and well fastening. Please check
packing when you open, if any damage please inform carrier immediately.
该泵交货是为木箱包装并绑扎完好，请在开箱时检查一下是否有破损，如果存
在损坏，请立即通知货运公司。

1.3 Quantity warrantee 质量保证

We secure warrantee period at 12 months after delivery, also please kindly be
careful for replacing with original parts upon any repairs.

2.2 Technical description 技术规格描述

The capacity of the pump appears from the name plate on the pump. And pump
mounted on motor, whose base connected with device . Motor shaft integrated with
impeller shaft, which aligned before delivery.
The pump casing made in Stainless steel 316L, and impeller and pump shaft made in
Stainless steel.
铭牌上有水泵对应的排量描述。水泵装在马达上，通过马达底座连接到设备本
体。马达轴直接连接叶轮，交货前已经在工厂校正。泵壳为316L不锈钢，叶轮
和轴为不锈钢。

3. Installation 安装

The pump installation is very important to keep system working in good condition.
水泵安装的好坏是直接影响能否正常工作的关键。

3.1 Pumping liquid 输送液体须知

If the pump intended for pumping hot or cold liquids, the operator must be
aware that it is dangerous to touch the pump surface, consequently, must take
the necessary safety measures.
如果水泵用于输送热和非常冷的液体，操作者应注意不要触碰水泵表面，
以免受伤，同时，需要对水泵采取一些安全措施。

3.2 Work environment 工作环境须知

The pump should be mounted and fastened on a robust foundation, and keep
away from vibration and wet.
水泵应该安装在一个坚实牢靠的底座上，应该远离震动、水气等。

3.3 Suction head 吸口压头须知

Secure suction head positive for this kind centrifugal pump working without
self-priming.
该泵没有自吸能力，故吸口需要保证正压。
 3.4 Piping 管路

Please be sure tightness of piping upon pump installed, and keep no leakage.
The pump can’t bear weight of the pipeline.
安装完毕后保证管路的密封性，避免渗漏。水泵不能作为管路支承，以防
水泵变形。

3.5 Wiring 接线须知

Wiring to be carried out by authorized skilled workmen.

水泵的接线需要有经验并被授权的操作者完成。

4. Transport/ storage 运输/储存

The pump is mounted in wood case for transportation, and to be stored in dry area.
水泵出厂时为木箱包装，便于运输，同时请放置在干燥处存放。

5. Assembling 装配

The pump assembling is to be in right sequence, otherwise will cause serious damages.
水泵需要按照正确的顺序安装，否则可能会造成严重损坏。

5.2.1 Load the spacing collar on the motor shaft

将隔圈装到电机轴上

Note:Make sure the spacing collar is clean without burrs and smear its
inner surface with machinery oil before this step.
注：进行该步骤前确保隔圈干净无毛刺，并在其内圈抹上机械用油。

5.2.2 Press the seal stator into the water seal seat
将轴封静环压到水封座上

Press the seal stator symmetrically so as not to break it.

平衡对称地压以免轴封静环破损

注：进行该步骤前确保零部件干净无毛刺，并在接触面上抹上机械用油。

5.2.3 Place O-ring of 147.5mm internal diameter in the corresponding

groove on the water seal seat
将内径147.5mm的O型圈装入水封座上对应的槽内

Note:Smear the groove surface with machinery oil before this step.
注：进行该步骤前在槽表面抹上机械用油。
5.2.4 Position the water seal seat to the motor
将水封座定位到电机上

5.2.5 Tighten the screws and spring washers

将螺钉和弹垫收紧

Note:Smear the thread surface of the screws with machinery oil before
this step.
注：进行该步骤前在螺钉的螺纹面上抹上机械用油。

5.2.6 Add shim of 0.2mm thickness between spacing collar and impeller
to limit the gap between impeller and water seal seat in a range
0.4 to 0.6mm when pressed.
在隔圈和叶轮间增加0.2mm厚的薄垫片，控制叶轮副叶片面与水封座外端
面间压紧后间隙在0.4mm至0.6mm范围内

Note:Measure the gap roughly by two pile-up shims,take off the impeller
till eligible.
注：该间隙值可用两片叠在一起的薄垫片粗略测量,符合条件后取下叶轮。
5.2.7 Position the key in key-way
装键

Note: Make sure the key and the key-way are clean without burrs and smear
the interface with machinery oil before this step.
注：进行该步骤前确保键和键槽干净无毛刺，并在接触面上抹上机械用油。

5.2.8 Fit the seal rotor

装轴封动环

Note: Make sure the impeller is clean without burrs and smear the
interface with machinery oil before this step.
注：进行该步骤前确保叶轮干净无毛刺，并在接触面上抹上机械用油。

5.2.9 Load the impeller

装叶轮

Note: Smear the key-way of the impeller with machinery oil before this
step.
注：进行该步骤前在叶轮键槽内抹上机械用油。
5.2.10 Place O-ring of 31.5mm internal diameter in the corresponding
groove on the secure bolt
装紧定密封螺钉上O型圈

5.2.11 Tighten the secure bolt

收紧紧定密封螺钉

The thread is left-hand 螺纹为左旋

Note: Make sure the components are clean without burrs and smear the
thread surface of the bolt with machinery oil before this
step.After this step,turn the impeller several rounds,take it
apart to examine if any abnormal friction.
注：进行该步骤前确保零件干净无毛刺，并在锁紧螺钉螺纹面上抹上机械用油。
安装到位后转动叶轮两周，看是否有异常摩擦，如有需拆开检查。

5.2.12 Place O-ring of 65mm internal diameter on the scissor

装剪刀上O型圈

Note: Make sure the scissor is clean without burrs.

注：进行该步骤前确保剪刀干净无毛刺。
5.2.13 Set scissor to the pump shell
将剪刀固定在泵壳上

Note：Check the reliability of the interference fit between scissor and

pump shell,take some measures and reset the scissor if loose.
注：剪刀和泵壳间过盈配合，安装后检查剪刀与泵壳间牢靠度，过松需拆开处
理后重装。

5.2.14 Position pump casing

装泵壳

5.2.15 Tighten the screws between pump casing and water seal seat
收紧泵壳水封座间螺钉

Note: Smear the thread surface of the screw with machinery oil before
this step.After this step,poke the impeller several rounds at the
inlet or poke the fan several rounds at the motor end,take it apart
to examine if any abnormal friction.
注：安装前在螺钉螺纹上抹机械用油。安装完成后，需在泵进水口拨转叶轮两
周或者在电机尾部拨转电机风扇两周，看叶轮是否有异常摩擦，如有需拆
开检查。
6. Dismantling 拆卸

The pump dismantling is to be followed with guidance, and avoid any defectives and
injuries caused. Before dismantling, make sure that it has stopped and the power has been
cut off. Empty the pump of liquid before it is dismantled from the piping system. If the
pump has been pumping dangerous liquids, you are to be aware of this and take the
necessary safety measures. If the pump has been pumping hot liquids, take great care that
it is drained before it is removed from the piping system. Consequently, take the
necessary safety measures.
请按照如下指导拆卸水泵，以避免不必要的损坏和受伤。在拆卸前，请确保水泵已
经完全停止并确认已切断主电源。在水泵从管路上拆下前放空水泵内残水。如果曾
经输送过危险液体，请采取必要的安全措施。如果水泵输送过加热液体，请在泻放
管路和水泵时需要非常小心，避免受伤，并采取必要的安全措施。

6.1 Access to impeller 叶轮拆卸

Unscrew bolts between pump casing and water seal seat, then take off the pump
shell, unscrew secure bolt of impeller and take off impeller by poking it
symmetrically with two slotted screwdrivers.
松开泵壳和水封座之间的螺栓，将泵壳取下来，松开叶轮的锁紧螺钉，并用两
个一字螺丝刀均匀对称地将叶轮拨下来。

6.2 Dismantling of shaft seal rotor泵机械轴封动环拆卸

Dismantle impeller as above, and reach mechanical seal.

依据上面的方法拆下叶轮，然后可以脱卸机械轴封

6.3 Dismantling of shaft seal stator泵机械轴封静环拆卸

Dismantle impeller as above, take key off, unscrew bolts between motor and water
seal seat, then water seal seat can be taken off.Push seal stator down carefully with a
slotted screwdriver.
依据上面的方法拆下叶轮，取下平键，松开发动机与水封座间的螺栓，然后可
以取下水封座。用一字螺丝刀将轴封静环轻轻推下来。

6.4 Inspection 检查

When the pump has been dismantled, check the following parts for wear and
damages.
Mechanical seal: check interface any breakage
Bearing: Check any wear and noise when you turn bearing.
当水泵拆卸解体后，请检查一下相应部件是否有磨损
机械轴封：检查接触面，是否有破损
轴承：转动轴承时是否有磨损和噪音

7. Anti-Frost 防冻保护
The pumps, which are not in operation during frost period, and to be drained for avoiding
 frost damage.Alternatively, it is possible to use anti-frost liquids in normal constructions.
泵不能在冰冻期内使用，为了避免被冻坏，请在气温过低时泻放泵体内的残水。此
外，可以在腔体内注入防冻液。

8. Start-up/ stop 启动/停止

Check power connection of motor is correct, then turn on the pump for moment time and
check rotation of pump, it should follow up with arrow mark.
检查马达的电源连接是否正确，然后点动马达，检查马达转向是否正确，并和箭头
标记是否一致。

8.1 Preparation and maintenance for operation prior to starting:

启动前的准备和运转维护

1). It should fill up with water before the first starting, and if the pump has operated for
sometimes, filling with water isn’t required, but it should to be opened with suction and
discharge valve.
首次启动前应先向泵内灌满水。如已工作过则不必灌水，此时应打开泵吸入阀和
压出阀。

2). When the pump is in operation, check if the reading for all instruments is abnormal, the
pointer of instruments should be no strong jumping.
水泵运转时，应检查各仪表读数是否正常，表针应无剧烈跳动。

3). When the operation is for a longer time, tightness must be checked all the times for the
connection for on suction pipe, cocks and others as to avoid the air leakage, otherwise
the pump condition would be failed.
长期工作时应经常检查吸入管路上的接头，旋螺塞等的紧密性，以防空气吸入，
破坏泵的正常工作。

4). Look for heating up motor and the condition of mechanical packing leakage.
经常注意电机及轴承温升以及机械密封的泄漏情况，如发现异常应查处原因及时
排除。

8.2 Shut-down the pump泵的停车

1). Close discharge valve and vacuum gauge then stop motor.
慢慢关闭出口阀，真空表，关闭电动机。

2). When it is not in use for long time, pump should be dismantled for checking cleaning
and oiling. Then keep it carefully.
长期停止使用，应将泵拆洗上油，妥善保存。

9. Trouble shooting 故障解除

If the pump is not functioned, please process according to trouble-shooting sheet as

follow:
如果水泵运行不正常，请根据如下指导检查修正：

10.Inspection and maintenance 检查和维护

Check the mechanical seal leakage in regular intervals. Check the current of motor in
rated or not. Check noise as normal or not.
每隔一定时间，检查机械轴封是否有渗漏，检查马达电流是否在额定范围内，检查
噪声是否正常。

Before inspection of pump, please make sure main power has been shut down, and the
system is to be without pressure and liquid drained completely. The repairman must be
familiar with the type of liquid which has been pumped as well as the safety measures he
is to take when handling the liquid.
在检查水泵前确保主电源已经切断，泵体内没有压力，残水已经泻放完。维修人员
必须熟悉水泵以及指导所输送的液体，并作相应的措施。

10.1 Drain the pump 泻放水泵

When the piping system has been drained, check that still liquid in the pump,drain it
up if any.
当管路泻放完后，检查水泵内是否还有残水，如有需排干净。

10.2 Bearing maintenance 轴承维护

The pump motor is equipped with a ball bearing which is dimensioned for a nominal
life of 15000 working hours. The bearing is lubricated for life and requires no
attention but is to be replaced in case of noise or bearing wear.
水泵马达安装相应尺寸的轴承，每15000小时需要更换检修。 轴承是带润滑油
无维护型，但有噪音及过大磨损是需要予以更换
