We have done manyretrofits on trumpf press brakes and we also supply fully re-
furbished cnc press brake of all reputed European brands.

1.The existing wiring of the electrical control panel will be modified to suit the
latest controller..

2. All the input and output logic will be controlled through siemens PLC

3.DELEM make model DA- 56s with 2D graphics will be supplied.If you are not
working with profile drawings then non graphical DA 52 S is sufficient.

4. Machine will be commissioned with new controller and the axis will be
properly calibrated for the consistent accuracy.

5. Pressure calibration will be done for the full tonnage of the machine.

6. Operators will be fully trained on the controller with some production trials.

7. Maintenance staff will be informed with preventive maintenance activities.

8. All the necessary documents like electrical circuit diagram, parameter list and
the operator manual for the controller will be provided to you once the full
payment is received.

9. Time duration for retro fitting work at your site will be

Approximately 5 days.

10. We shall take up the work after receipt of your technically and commercially
accepted work order.

11. We shall provide warranty against any manufacturing defects for one year
period from the date of installation for the controller.physical damages and
failures due to electrical short circuit cannot be covered under warranty.
