Production Staff

The Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company
by working with the employees to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and
policies.

Sales and Marketing Head will set prices, sales and deals, and analyse
current trends to set future sales goal, she is also concerned with identifying and
satisfying customer needs at the right price. It involves researching what customers
want and analyzing how the organization can satisfy these wants. Marketing activities
range from the ‘strategic’, concerned with the choice of product markets to the
operation, arranging sales promotions, producing literature such as product catalogue
and brochures, placing advertisements in the appropriate media and so on.
The Finance and Accounting Head is responsible for the financial record
keeping of transactions involving monetary inflows or outflows, preparing of
financial for reporting to internal parties such as partners. The financial statements are
also the starting point for calculating any tax due on business profits, preparing
management accounting information and analysis to help managers to plan, control
and make decisions.

The Research and Development Head is concerned with developing new


products or processes and improving existing products/processes. R&D activities
must be closely coordinated with the organizations marketing activities to ensure that
the organization is providing exactly what its customers want in the most efficient,
effective and economical way.

Production Head undertakes the activities necessary to provide the organizations


products or services. His main responsibilities are production planning and scheduling
control and supervision of the production workforce managing product quality,
controls inventory and decides the best production methods and factory layout.
Production staff may perform one or several functions on a production line
such as assembly or fabrication of parts and products, testing finished products,
transporting materials and equipment to other areas or cleaning production areas.
