I am writing to express my sincerest apologies for being unable to respond immediately to your
request for a copy a blueprint of a high-rise building that we proposed.
Our company, with its newly appointed administration, has been experiencing a series of key staff
changes for the past weeks, which may have been resulted in your letter of request being
overlooked. Consequently, it took almost two weeks before your letter reached my office.
I hope that you are still interested to avail our services. Attached herewith are the blueprint of the
high-rise building that you have requested. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
