 All construction lines to be shown on the drawing until I have had the final check and I am happy. (Only then can they be deleted before printing)

 Area calculations in a box on the right hand side at the top

 Show the position of the roof trap door on the top floor plan

 Arrows showing the direction of the roof slopes

 2 X section lines

 Elevation lines (please label)

 Boundary lines as well as distance to be indicated (If L/S was done)

 Street names

 BIG BOLD ERF #

 Door openings shown as dashed lines

 Reference legend shown (shower, bath, W.C etc.)

 Please ensure that the Linea logo and details print correctly in colour

 Drawing numbers to correspond with the project number

 Client, Project details and dates, scales and revision numbers to be checked before drawings are handed in

 Use the “=” equal sign and not the “-“ hyphen sign, when referring to heights of doors, beams, windows, sills etc. (The “-“ hyphen sign could be

interpreted as a negative figure instead of a hyphen)

 All levels must add up to the correct total NB!

SECTIONS AND ELEVATIONS:

 Heights dimensioned

 All construction lines to be shown on the drawing until I have had the final check and I am happy. (Only then can they be deleted before printing)

 Section to show roof members and construction (only where applicable)

 Label “Bulkhead” in Sections

 LD FFL is very important unless we have L/S drawings. Indicate the LD FFL Line in red as per the template

 All levels must add up to the correct total NB!

 All levels must be the same as on the floor plans

 All wall and roof types are to be hatch accordingly
