Reports
1. Oversee the Gathering , analysis and document of digital lending product (both traditional and non
traditional) requirements with the ability to turn them into user stories
2. Drive new feature development from start to finish - work cross-functionally with engineering, data,
design & QA team to launch features, analyze results and iterate on feature/product via learning
3. Assist with A/B testing, particularly with performance monitoring and tracking to ensure all
stakeholders know what’s happening with each test
4. Lead KPI monitoring to ensure that each product is performing as expected and that any production
issues are identified and addressed immediately

5. Research market and business needs, and help translate those into prioritized feature sets . Work
with the Product team to deliver solutions as per the product requirements
6. Lead and Support Solutions Leads , UX and Design teams in the creation of new features and
enhancements that improve the customer journey and create value for the business
7. Assess and decide the product roadmap and product release planning
8. Lead the team in Sprint Planning, Backlog Review, and Stand-ups as needed
9. Ensure quality with User Acceptance Testing Scenarios
10. Meet committed timelines for various product launches.
