1. Real Estate Consultant:

With a growing population, the demand on real estate
properties in on the severe rise in Mumbai too. Starting a
real estate consulting business could be a good option.
Charging a low commission on this property value that is
finalized with the clients can ever earn a good income.

2. Grocery Delivery Service:

This is one of the most innovative small business ventures to
start in a small but posh location in Panvel like to deliver the
grocery items to the doorstep of the consumer with some
additional charge. This could be a great idea to start alone,
but if you already own a grocery shop, this can double your
sale in both the ways.

3. Blogging:
Starting your own blog page on anything that interests you
most is not just a subject of a hobby but a lucrative
business opportunity too. This small business idea would
cost you low investment or you can also create a website or
blog for free. However, you need to spend time every day
of so many hours in a week to become successful blogger.

4. Event Management:
Event management is a fast growing business, especially in
the cities like Mumbai, where the sped up life has made it
essential to hire a dedicated team for organizing and
managing events, i.e. weddings, birthdays, corporate events
etc. If you have good networking and you can move things
quickly, i.e. you can organize a successful event, then you
could be successful in this small business.
5. Juice Shop:
A juice shop that serves customers fresh-squeezed
fruit juice drinks and smoothies is a fantastic new
business enterprise to put into action, as more and
more people are striving to lead healthier lifestyles.
Ideal locations to establish a juice bar include busy
tourist attractions and beach areas, mall food
courts, fitness clubs and public markets. To boost
sales and profits, additional items such as
sandwiches, salads and healthy snacks can also be
added to the menu. The profit potential for a juice bar will vary based on factors such as
operating overhead and total sales. However, an established and well-run juice bar can
easily generate profits in excess of 3712250 Rs, and the profits can go much higher by

I would be choosing a Juice shop as a small scale buisness idea because :

1. People are becoming more and more health conscious, and the trend is set to continue. A
quick, delicious and nutritious smoothie or juice is just what busy people need to get their
vitamins and minerals on the go.

2. Also there are few juice shops located in the Pen city.

3. Its easy to start up than some other business.

4. Juice bars are known for their tantalizing combinations of fresh fruit and vegetables,
appealing to customers who like to start their morning with ginger-infused apple juice or
power through a workout with blueberry-pomegranate juice boosted with protein powders.

5 juice bar business can retail other items in addition to fresh-fruit beverages. These could be
consumable, including smoothies, bagels, bottled water or whole fresh fruit. You might also sell
durable to-go cups, branded hats or vitamin supplements.
