Sister Club Agreement

and
Rotary Club of Mujigae
Rotary International District 3670, South Korea

The Rotary Club of Hiyas ng Bacoor, RI Distict 3810, Philippines and the Rotary Club of Mujigae,
RI District 3670, South Korea have mutually agreed to affirm its Sister Club Relationship for the
continued promotion of International Understanding, Friendship, Goodwill and World Peace, by these
presents, hereby further agreed that:

I
1. Parties shall exchange club publication regularly
2. Both parties shall exchange information regarding their Rotary activities.

II
1. The two parties shall endeavor to visit each other individually or in-group during the anniversary
dates of their respective clubs.
2. Both parties shall coordinate and cooperate with each other regarding mutual goodwill activities
in business, sightseeing and other related affairs.
3. Travel and accommodation expenses during or the accommodation of visit exchanges shall be for
account of the visiting club or Rotarians.

III
The Sister Club Relationship will be effective for a period of one (1) year, renewal upon such
terms and condition as maybe agreed upon by the parties hereof. A renewal of sister club agreement shall
be signed up every one (1) year at each club mutually.

IV
` Both parties may undertake jointly and other mutually agreed upon.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties herein, thru their respective representatives have
hereunto affixed their signatures this 29th day of August 2019 held at The Blue Leaf, Filipinas, Belle
Avenue, Aseana City, Parañaque City, Philippines 1633.
