1. Validity : This Quotation is Valid for 7 Days from the Date of Quotation.
2. Payment : First Month in Advance with Order Confirmation, Thereafter Aganist Monthly Invoice within 15 Days from Recieving the Invoice.
3. Discount : Discount Given for this Quotation Only and it is Subject to be Revised or Canceled if the Quantity or Terms Being Revised
and if Payment not Received.
4. Material Delivery : The Material Will Be Delivered within 15 Days From the Date of LPO Received.
5. Transportation : Transportation of Material from Our Warehouse to your Site is Our Responsibility and Returningof the Material From Your
Site to Our Warehouse (Umm Al Quwain) Will be Customer Responsibility.
6. Rental Period : The Minimum Rental Period is One Month And After One Month it is Charged Per Day.
7. Rental Charges : Start from Date of Material Received from Our Stores till Date of Materials Returned to Our Stores Based on.

8. Documents Required For Contract :
A.Trading Licence Copy with Partners List is Any.
B. Passport Copy for Authorized Manager & Authorization Letter Copy If his Name not Mentioned in Trading Lincence
C. Authorization Letter for the Person who will Sign the Contract if he is not the Authorized Manager.

D. Location Map for the Office and Site for Which Scaffolding being Hired.

E. Rental Contract to Signed & Stamped.

9. Confirmation :

A. LPO - Monthly Hire of Scaffolding.

B. First Month or CDC
10. Deposit : Required Deposit of ALL MATERIAL SALE PRICE AED by Undated Cheque or Cash.
11. Only Written Agreements are Considered, Any Verbal Agreements with Sales Persons will not be Considered.
