Terms & Conditions:

PAYMENT 100% Advance with confirmed Purchase Order is to be made and reflected in our company account
before the booking in favour of 'HOME SOLUTIONS' Payable at Mumbai.
In case site is not ready at the time of delivery, you have to pay the full purchase order value.
In case the material needs to be stored by us, you will be needed to pay Inventory carrying charges
@1.5% of the purchase order value per month additional to case specific insurance charges. If materials
are in your custody which is different from the site, the shifting of materials later to the site has to be
done by you. Damages and losses resulting there from.
PRICE TERMS The price quoted above is for 1 kitchen. The Basic Price and sales tax quoted are as per the existing
rates. However, if there is any increase in it at the time of delivery, the same will be charged as ruling at
the time of delivery, irrespective of the delivery time quoted in our offer. Any other statutory levies
imposed by central/ state govt. Or any local body will also be charged. Please note that we will not be
able to provide any statutory or other proof for these levies/ taxes.
FIANANCE Kitchen payment via 3rd party finance institutions would be the sole responsibility of the customer. The
order will be executed after the completed payment only. Home Solutions will not be held responsible
for the same.
VALIDITY 15 days
ADDITIONAL WORK Any other work (sink, Plumbing , granite, masonry, electrical or other )apart from the said will be
charged additionally. electrical and water requirements shall be provided and borne by the client.
DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS The design/ structural dimensions/ material specifications mentioned in our catalogues are subject to
changes without any notice, keeping in view the continuous Research and development, for continuous
improvement. The designs and drawings can be handed over only after bookings.
DELIVERY PERIOD Depending on receipt of confirm order with complete sign on drawings, PO copy, and Colour
scheme. Installation time will be additional after delivery period.
DELIVERY TERMS The prices are for Mumbai Jurisdiction only. Deliveries would be affected within normal working hours
or agreed times but would be subject to restrictions imposed by traffic/ road conditions. Road permits,
if needed for direct supply of materials from Mumbai will have to be provided with adequate numbers
by you.
If for any reason, the articles sent for delivery are not accepted by you, the same will be redelivered
only after the payment of re delivery charges, if any, as applicable.
Octroi, local impost or any other incidental charges leviable at site will be extra and will be borne by
you.
COMPENSATION In the unlikely event of any damaged product or material, there will be a maximum
compensation limited to replacement of the component. The service charges for replacing
the same would be charged additionally.
FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE In case of performance disruption due to natural disasters (like earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, extra),
wars, riots, or any other major upheaval, performance failures of parties outside our control (e.g.
telephone service, labour action in our vendors/ service providers etc.), HOME SOLUTIONS will not be
held liable.
WARRANTY The products are warranted for 12 months from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
LIQUIDATED DAMAGES No LD Clause will be acceptable.
PRICE ESCALATION Our prices are subject to increase due to sharp increase in input costs.
CLAUSE
LITIGATION RESOLUTION In the unlikely case of litigation, the adjudication would be under the jurisdiction of Mumbai High
Court.
PROCESS The order Once placed shall not be cancelled and there is no compensation policy for any delay. Any
change in design, process or size will be on your account, and the same has to be authorised and
agreed upon in writing.
HOME SOLUTIONS shall not be held responsible for any Builder/municipal corporation/Panchayat or
state/ central government and society permissions, requirements or issues.
CONFIRMATION Please confirm by Purchase Order else the material will not be taken for process. It is advisable to view
and feel the product displays or mock up before placing an order.
Note Our offer is strictly governed by the above terms and conditions only, unless otherwise amended/
agreed upon us, in writing.
