INTRODUCTION

Earphone is a device that is worn over or inserted into the Ear and is used for listening To
something (Such as Music Or a Radio ) without having other people hear it.

Now a day, Earphone are familiar to all students locally or globally and it has good and Bad
Effects to the user, especially to the body, behavior of one person.

Student who had an experience of using Earphone, know what will happen to there, Compare to
the other students who are not being able to use Earphone.

As a students, The Researchers that learn the Effects of excessive used of Earphone is Very
important and effective because it can help to us to be aware and knowledgeable for using It.

Students should give their Attention to learn how to avoid that kind of excessive used of
Earphone/Gadgets.

This Research Aims to know the Effects of excessived used of Earphone as perceived By the
Grade 11 ICT, M2 Female Students of PIAT Catanauan. ( S.Y. 2020-2021 ).

This study used Descriptive Method to determine the effects of excessive used of Earphone in
Grade 11 ICT, M2 Female Students in Philtech Institute of Arts and technology Inc. Catanauan, Quezon.

The Researchers gathered data by asking Question to the Respondents to get the Information
and to attain the success of the study.

SCOPE AND DELIMITATIONS

This study was conducted to determine the effects of Excessive used of Earphone in Philtech
Institute of Arts and technology Inc. Catanauan, Quezon. The Respondents involved the Senior high
School Grade 11 ICT, M2 Female Students for ( School Year 2020-2021 ).

methods an online questionnaire was Prepared and has been circulated among the students of seveeth a
dental college. The survey Was conducted among 120 students it can be concluded that most of the
students or not. At Great risk of hearing loss however, a very small segment of people should be taken
precautions For their well being.

PRESSURE LEVEL( SPL) of insert - type Earphones that are commonly used for Music listening of the
general populace measurements of SPL from Earphones of different Respondents were measured by
plugging the Earphone to a physical ear canal model. Durations Of the Earphone used for music listening

Earphones on the percieved sarisfactor Volume level and sound quality of a user these were assed
through three phase methology Namely people do kind to increase their perceived satisfactory volume
level depending on the Noise level in the environment and on the type of Earphone they where using.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

This Chapter Present The Method And Procedures The Researchers Used In Making This
Study. This Includes Research Design, Sources of Data, Sampling Procedure, Instrument And Statistical
Treatment.

METHOD OF THE RESEARCH USED

research is a Fact-Finding Study with Adequate and accurate Interpretation of Findings. It describes what
actually exist in the current Effects Of Excessive Used Of Earphone To the students. Since, this prevent
the study or investigation was concerned with the student. It Is the Technique in gathering the needed
information.

LOCALE OF THE STUDY

This Study was conducted at Philtech Institute of Arts and technology Inc. (PIAT). In
Catanauan,Quezon. These School located in brgy.10 Rotonda Catanauan, Quezon. Total Number of
students in senior high ICT 11,M2 Students is 33. ICT M2 Students. But our Respondents is ICT 11, M2
Female Only with a total number of 10 Respondents Only.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE RESEARCHER INSTRUMENT AND METHOD OF COLLECTING DATA.

METHOD OF COLLECTING SECONDARY DATA

The Researcher went to the Library for gathering scheme information like related literature
and studies that can be found in the Excessive used of Earphone. And to get scheme Of ideas about the
formal and structure of the thesis topic.

SAMPLING DESIGN

The Respondents in this study were the ICT 11, M2 Female Students of Philtech Institute of
Arts and technology Inc. (PIAT). For the School Year 2020-2021. Which is Composed Of 10 ICT, 11 Female
Students. We Used For This Is Random Sampling Design.

RESEARCH INSTRUMENT

 Questionnaire were used in this study. The contents of the Questionnaire were the Two
specific Questions. (1) What is the Demographic Profile of the Respondents in terms of Age and Status?
(2) What are the effects of excessive used of Earphone as perceived by the Respondents? This Process is
used to measure the effects of excessive used of Earphone to Grade 11, ICT M2 Female Students as
Respondents.

PROCEDURE OF DATA GATHERING

Before conducting the data gathering , The Researchers Produced first the Instrument like
Questionnaire , it was Submitted first to the research adviser for the checking, Validating and approval.
After that procedure the Researchers started to gather information to The Respective reseach
environment.

To determine the effects of Excessive Used of Earphone in Grade 11, ICT M2 Female students
in Philtech Institute of Arts and Technology Inc.During the school year 2020-2021, Weighted means

Our Random Respondents.

This Chapter Present the Summary, Findings, Conclusions and Recommendations About Effects of
excessive used of Earphone In Senior high ICT 11, M2 Female Students.

SUMMARY

This Study Focuses on the Effects of excessive used of Earphone On The Grade 11, ICT M2 Female
Students. It sough to Answer The Following Questions:

1. What Are The Demographic Profile of the Respondents in terms of:

a. AGE ?

b. STATUS ?

This study use the Descriptive type of Research it was used to make accurate Formulation for the
need of this research, through the use of questionnaire procedures and the Development of the
instrument needed in this study. It was Conducted At Philtech Institute of Arts and technology Inc. With
10 Female Respondents who were randomly in the Grade 11, ICT M2 Female Students.

FINDINGS

After gathering the data from the ICT students, the following were revealed About The Effects of
excessive used of Earphone In ICT 11, M2 Female Students. This shows that in Table 1. The Ear Pain Are
Agree Because it has a mean of 4% and before we get this, first statement is Too Much Using Of
Earphone With High Volume that has a Weighted Mean Of 4.3%. Daily Using Earphone With A Mean of
4%. Sleeping While Using Earphone Has A Mean Of 4.1%. And Then Using Types of Earphone That Is Not
Compatible To Your Ears That Has A Mean Of 4.2%. and Lastly, Statement Is, I Feel Pain Whenever I Used
Earphone After Taking A Bath, That Has A Weighted Mean Of 3.4%.

And from the Table 2 the Results were Presented as Loss Of Connection With Reality Get A Mean
Of 3.36% Means that the following are being experienced by the Respondents. Whenever I'm Using
Earphone I Can't Bond With My Friends, with A Mean of 3.1%. Too Much Using Of you Cannot Do Your
Obligation As a Daughter/Son that Get A Weighted Mean Of 2.5%. Too Much Using Earphone Can Lead
To The Accident that has a mean of 3.8%. Excessive used Of Earphone Can Affects The Relationship With
A Weighted Mean Of 3.4%. and Lastly, Statement is Too Much Using Of Earphone Can Affects Your
Physical Health That Has A Weighted Mean Of 4%.

 From the findings, The Conclusion Drawn were, it was seen that the table 1, Have a Reason why
we feel Ear Pain, The Statement Shown the probably Cause of Earphone that laed To have Ear Pain.
Other Respondents answer Agree to this Statement. While, other answer/Said That Strongly Agree,
Undecided, Disagree, And Strongly Disagree.

And for the Table 2 For the reason while, we encounter Loss Of Connection With Reality It shows
that, As a Respondents Have been Acquire in this Reason Coming from Our Statements in this table, it
Probably been Helpful for them, That make them to Learn More, To Avoid to do the Effect of Excessive
used of Earphone and to be aware by giving them this kind Of Statement.

RECOMMENDATION

Knowing Bad And Good Effects Of Excessive used Of Earphone is an important matter To all
Students and Also to the Teacher Because it can help to be aware to all. They also Teach Or Asking, and
sayin how to avoid or be aware of what they're doing. Not Just Only the students Will Learn and also the
persons Using It. They should follow the rules of using Earphone so that The Effects of excessive used of
Earphone Avoid.

If You Want To Used Earphone , Balance the time you used this, To Avoid any conflict That can
Affects to your Body or Even To Other People.
