I am writing this letter to request for a ten-days leave of absence starting September 18-
29, 2019 in preparation for the upcoming Board of Licensure Examination for
Professional Teachers (BLEPT) this September 29, 2019. I’ll be needing enough time
to focus on the review for the said exam. In addition, this September 15 and 16 will be
the schedule of our Majorship Final Coaching and on September 21 -27 for the Gen Ed
and Prof Ed.

In line with my classes, I have already arranged with Ma’am Fatima Reyes, Ma’am
Heriya Ali, and Ma’am Darlene Baguio as my substitutes and they were willing to handle
my classes for the meantime while I’m not around.

Attached herewith are my schedule and the schedules of the substitute teachers for my
