ENTERED THROUGH THE FRONT LAWN INTO PORCH AND THE EXTENDED OVER HANG OF A SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENCE(STRUCTURE) AT 2048 ALLARD DR., CLEARWATER, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AFOREMENTIONED THE
PROPERTY OF DWIGHT CARLSTROM WITH THE INTENT TO COMMIT AN OFFENSE THEREIN, AND DURING THE COURSE
THEREOF AND WITHIN SAID STRUCTURE WAS ARMED OR DID BECOME ARMED WITH A DANGEROUS WEAPON, TO WIT:
BASEBALL BAT AND THE SAID STRUCTURE AT’THE TIME WAS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

YOUR AFFIANT OBSERVED VIDEO SURVEILENCE FOOTAGE AT THE OCCURED LOCATION. THE FOOTAGE SHOWS THE
DEFENDANT ENTER THE PROPERTY THROUGH THE FRONT LAWN IN BETWEEN A VEHICLE AND A VESSEL. THE DEFENDANT
PROCEEDED THROUGH THE PORCH AND EXTENDED OVER HANG, INTO THE VICTIM'S DRIVEWAY AND TAKE THE VICTIM'S
MUTI-SPEED GIANT BICYCLE, WHICH WAS WEDGED UNDER A BOAT MOTOR AND RIDE-OFF ON THE BIKE.UPON ARREST.THE
DEFENDANT MATCH THE DISCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT IN FOOTAGE AND WAS WEARING THE SAME CLOTHING. AT THE
TIME OF THE OFFENSE THE DEFENDANT WAS CARRYING A BASEBALL BAT.

STEAL THE VICTIM'S MEN'S MULTI-SPEED GIANT CYPRESS BICYCLE WHILE ARMED WITH A BASEBALL BAT. AFFIANT ALSO
OBSERVED VIDEO FOOTAGE THE DEFENDANT UTILIZING THE BICYCLE AT THE CIRCLE K ON HUERCULES AND ALLARD DR,
CLEARWATER. A CIRCLE K EMPLOYEE IDENTIFED THE SUBJECT BY FIRST NAME. THE DEFENDANT WAS FOUND NEAR THE
CIRCLE K STORE LATER IN THE DAY AND WEARING THE SAME CLOTHES AS ON THE VIDEO FOOTAGE AND MATCHES THE
DISCRIPTION OF THE INDIVIDUAL.
