5.6. RTD CABLE

Multi-core PVC insulated with individual and overall shield covers

300/500V copper conductor, PVC insulated, aluminium-polyester tape
individual pair/triad and overall shielded and PVC sheathed instrument
cable for RTD equipment. The cable shall be designed, manufactured and
tested in reference to IEC Pub. No. IEC 60227-1 and IEC 60502-1.
Two/three insulated conductors shall be twisted together to form a

pair/triad with suitable lay length. A suitable binder tape shall be applied
over the pair/triad. For single-pair/triad cable, suitable fillers shall be
applied.

The individual shield shall be aluminium-polyester tape having the

minimum thickness 0.05 mm applied over the binder tape with suitable
overlap.
A stranded drain wire of plain annealed copper wires (0.5 sq.mm. :

16/0.20 mm) shall be inserted under the aluminium-polyester tape with
electrical contacted.
The overall shield shall be aluminium-polyester tape having the minimum

thickness 0.05 mm applied over the binder tape with suitable overlap.

5.7. FIBER OPTIC CABLE
The optical fiber outdoor cables are designed for campus-type

environments or for long runs between buildings in aerial. The fiber optic
cables shall be designed and tested to confirm to the fiber and cable
performance requirements of the TIA/EIA 568, ISO 11801 and ICEA-640
standards. Accordingly, the fiber optic cables meet or exceed to the
performance requirements for current and proposed applications such as
IEEE802.3 Ethernet (include 10 Gigabit Ethernet), ATM, Fiber Channel,
FDDI and others. The fiber optic cables shall consist of multi cores single
mode, 9/125 pm with armored as figure A. Each cable shall be designed
to have 10% spare core after installation. Number of cores shall be 6, 12,
or 24 cores.

5.8. CAT 6 U/UTP
The Ethernet Category 6 (CAT6) cables shall be complied TIA/EIA-568-

112-1, TIA/EIA 568-C and ISO/IEC 11801:2002 Class E, IEC61156-5,
IEC60332-1-2, EN50288-6-1 and EN50173-1 performance requirements.
The cable shall be complied with all of the performance requirements for
current and proposed applications such as Gigabit Ethernet 1000Base-T
IEEE 802.3ab, 10Gbps IEEE 802.3an by limit distance and required test
procedure by TSB-155, 100BASE-Tx, token ring, 155 Mbps ATM, 100
Mbps, 1.2Gbps, TP-PMD, ISDN, analog (Broadband, Baseband) and
