This shuffler provides automatic and random shuffling of playing cards of up to 6 decks
at a time. It is much faster than any other manual shuffling method for a more efficient

Safety &
Notification

Please read the following thoroughly before starting using this shuffler.
Following these precautions will ensure best performance of the shuffler, avoid potential
hazard, and lengthen expectancy of the shuffler.

 Avoid using this shuffler in dusty or humid environment.

 Please setup shuffler on solid and flat surface to produce fair result.

 Avoid placing or storing shuffler near magnetic substance to ensure normal function
of the shuffler.

 Setting the shuffler in environment of extreme temperature (<0 0C or >500C ) may


result in shortening shuffler expectancy.

 Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or water.

 Don’t shake or knock on the shuffler during shuffle process to ensure effective
shuffle.

 If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly


available from the manufacturer or its service agent.

Keyboard Instructions
When you want to operate a motor testing with a keyboard plugged on the rear of
machine, please notice that each key represents specific function while testing. Please
find information below for reference:

Stop : Press “ & ” buttons simultaneously
1. Use the “ & ” buttons to browse through the control screen.
2. Press “Start” button to change options or initiate commands.
3. To stop the shuffler in its process, press the “ & ” buttons simultaneously
(“End” on the keypad). When you stop the shuffler, you see:

4. To restart the shuffle/dealing process, press the “Start” key.

The Start Button flashes light in three following forms:


Button flashes with red light: when there is something wrong.
Button flashes with green light: ready to play
Button flashes with red and green light: you may input cards.

How to use SD card & Reader (USB)

to Upgrade Software
When you need to update the shuffler (software), you need to use the SD card & SD
card reader (or USB). Please follow the procedures:
Method 1 -
1. Please download S.exe Software and save it into USB drive (SanDisk drive that we
provided).
2. Switch off the shuffler
3. Attach the USB drive (SanDisk drive that we provided).
4. Attach the keyboard
5. Switch on the shuffler
6. Press Tab.
7. Key in “update”
8. Press Enter to copy the S.exe. It will show "d: s.exe → .\s.exe" if you have updated
it successfully.
9. Restart the shuffler.
Method 2 -
1. Please download S.exe Software Program and save it into USB drive (SanDisk drive
that we provided).
2. Switch off the shuffler
3. Attach USB drive (SanDisk drive that we provided)
4. Switch on the shuffler
5. Press ENTER for going to menu.
6. Go down and you’ll find “Update EXE.”

7. Press Enter to copy the S.exe, and you wait for a while.
8. Then Restart the shuffler.

*Note:
If software upgrade did not work well or show ‘Unable to open s.exe file’, please check:
1. If you’re using a incompatible USB
2. Did not download the file successfully which means there’s no S. exe in the USB.

Both situations will show "unable to open s. exe file." Therefore, please try
1. Check if there S. exe in USB drive.
2. Type "copy d: s.exe" and it will show "d: s.exe = .\s.exe."
If not, then the USB must be incompatible with shuffler. Please change another USB.
If failed to copy the file, the current software will be erased. Please go in DOS system
and do above procedures to copy software.

How to Change the Dealing shoe

How to Change the dealing shoe from Black Jack to Poker.

2. Please take off BJ output tray.


1. Please take off two circled screws on the
bottom of shuffler and then you can
remove the output tray.

4. Tighten two screws on the bottom of shuffler.

3. Please attach PK output tray on the


bottom of the shuffler.

And…. DONE!

Section 2- How to Operate Shuffler with Menu

1. Press & buttons simultaneously to stop the shuffler.

2. Press “Start” button to choose “Menu”.

This is the MENU (as below).

There are seven choices in the menu


Counter/Game/I Test/Motor/No Cover/Show Count/Stop Delivery
※ Press or button to choose.
※ Press “Start” button to set up your choice.
※ Press & buttons simultaneously to exit.

PASSWORD SETTING
Turn on the function of setting up the password before enter the menu.
1. Connect the keyboard and turn on the shuffler and you will see the begin
interface as below:

2. Push “Start” button and you will see additional line “Password ******”.

3. Use keyboard enter default password “2695” and press enter, you will enter the
interface to change parameter.

4. To make password function on, use keyboard and enter “0” then press enter.

Enter the Password before enter the menu

The default password is 2695.


1. Press “START” enter the interface to enter the password.

You will see the number is display in sequence from x000, 1000,
2000……9000,0100, 0200……,0900,0010,0020…...,0090,0001,0002 etc.

2. Enter the first number, “2”: Use ▲ and ▼ to find 2000.

Press “Start” to change “OFF” into “ON”, and the first number”2” is set.

3. Enter second number, “6”: Use ▲ and ▼ to find 0600.

Press “START” to change “OFF” into “ON”, and the second number”6” is set.

4. Enter third number, “9”: Use ▲ and ▼ to find 0090.

Press “START” to change “OFF” into “ON”, and the third number”9” is set

5. Enter the last number, “5”: Use ▲ and ▼ to find 0005.

Press “START” to change “OFF” into “ON”, and the last number”5” is set, also
you will into the interface at the same time.

6. Use ▲ and ▼ to browse menu and the rest of operation is as usual.

Counter
If you choose “Counter”, you’ll see the screen tells you the total number of cards that
have been inputted in (Total in) and dealt cards (Total out).

※ Press & buttons simultaneously to go back to Menu.

Game
1. When you change the game type without turning off the shuffler, you need to enter
the menu and choose “Game”.

2. You’ll see below options:


Baccarat/BJ/Pontoon BJ/BJUSER/ BJUSER 1/ BJUSER 2/DECKS=1/DECKS=2/
DECKS=3/ DECKS=4/ DECKS=5/ DECKS=6/CARDS=52

Please choose the game you would like to play.

After choosing the game.


Please press & buttons simultaneously to exit, and you’ll see following
image:

Choose “Start”, and then press “Start” button


Choose “Cancel”, and then press “Start” button.
You’ll be back to the game mode and start playing the game you just chose.

When you want to check if the sensors can work, the sensor position is as below:

Press “Start / Enter” button to choose “I TEST”, and you’ll see the following image on
the screen:

Sensor Status Definition
S2 ON When it detects something.
S3 ON When it detects something.
S4 ON When it detects something.
S5 ON When it detects something.
S6 ON When it detects something.
S7 ON When it detects something.
S10 ON When it detects something.

※ If the sensor does not change its status (ON / OFF) when it receives the stimulus,
please check if the wire assembly of the sensor is connected well.

※ If the wire assembly of the sensor is connected well, but the sensor still remains the
same status, then it is out of order, please replace it with a new one.

※ Press Up ( ) and Down ( ) buttons at the same time to exit

Motor
1. When you want to check if the motors can work, the motor position is as below:

Motor Position
X By the rotating wheel, control the wheel.
Y By the rotating wheel, control the pusher.
Z By the rotating wheel, near the dealing shoe
B Input tray (motor B is smaller than motor C)
C Input tray
1. Press “Start” button to choose “Motor”, so that you may check if the motors are
okay.

2. Press “Start” button to change the motor from X to Y or Z or B or C.

3. Press or button to check if the motor can work.

No Cover

1. The shuffler cannot work without cover, but if you need to open the cover and
check the shuffler, then please choose “No Cover: On”.

2. Press “Start” button to choose “No Cover”, and you’ll see the following image on
the screen:

3. Press “Start” button to change the command of “No Cover” from OFF to ON.

※ No Cover: OFF, it means: the shuffler cannot work without the cover.
※ Press & buttons simultaneously to exit, and you’ll see the following
image; choose “Start”, and then press “Start” button:

Choose “Cancel”, and then press “Start” button to set up.

Show Count

If the “show card count” option is selected as on, the LCM shows card count.
If the “show card count” option is selected as off, the LCM shows card count during
loading, but do not show card count during operation.

1. Press “Start” button to change the command of “Show Count” from ON to OFF.

2. Press & buttons simultaneously to exit, and you’ll see the following
image; choose “Start” and then press “Start” button:

3. Choose “Cancel”, and then press “Start” button to set up.

Stop Delivery
If the “Stop Delivery” option was selected as ON. Machine would have cards loaded
but it won’t deliver any cards to output device. So, make sure “Stop Delivery” is OFF.

1. Press “Start” button to change the command of “Stop Delivery” from ON to OFF.

2. Press & buttons simultaneously to exit, and you’ll see the following
image; choose “Start” and then press “Start” button:

3. Choose “Cancel”, and then press “Start” button to set up.

Attach the PK dealing shoe with the shuffler Power On


Locate the ON/OFF switch on the shuffler and switch it to the ON position.

Checking the Shuffler Before Start:
1. Input Tray If cards are left in left part of input tray, then the
If cards are left in the input tray, LCM will show “Remove In Tray 0”

If cards are left in right part of input tray, then the


LCM will show “Remove In Tray 1”

Please follow the indication as said by the LCM:


remove the cards in the input tray.
2. Output Tray Please remove the cards which are in the output
If cards are left in the dealing shoe, you’ll see: device.

3. Wheel Please follow the indication as the picture below


After the shuffler is switched on and some cards
are in the wheel, the LCM will tell you to remove
the cards which are still in the machine.

After removing the cards and closing the case,


press “Start” button, and then begin to input cards
for the game.
4. Menu
Goes into Mean, and Check the following:
a. 8 Hands:
Please find “8 Hands” in the menu and please make sure its status is “ON.”
b. Card Type:
Please find “Plastic Card” in the menu.
For using plastic card, please choose “ON.” For using paper card, please choose “OFF.”

Setup
Wait until the system and the setup screen (game selection mode) appears.
* The shuffler with Poker dealing shoe is pre-set as Caribbean Stud Poker, 2 decks.
If you want to play other kind of poker game, please follow the steps:

1. Initiating… 2. The Pre-set game is Caribbean Stud Poker.

3. Change to other Poker game, ex: Texas Hold’em, 4. Press button to choose “Game”

Shuffling Process
1. Drop cards with cards facing up (like the picture), please
input one deck at a time in the input tray.

2. The machine will start taking the cards automatically then


start shuffling.

3. After shuffle, if the number of cards in the machine is


correct, you may press “start” to start dealing.

Inserted fewer cards than required quantity

If you input fewer cards than the selected game requires, then you’ll see:
(For example, you choose Texas Hold’em, and the required quantity is one deck (52
cards), but fewer than 52 cards are placed in the input tray.)

Solution:
Insert the cards to continue, the shuffler won’t work until the card quantity is correct.

Inserted more cards than required quantity

If you input more cards than the quantity which the selected game requires (and also
the LCM indicates), you’ll see the following image on the screen:

For example, you choose Texas


Hold’em, and the required quantity
is one deck (52 cards), but more
than 52 cards are placed in the input
tray.

Solution:
1. Remove the surplus cards which
are in the input tray.
2. Press & buttons to stop
the shuffler, and press
button to choose “Start”, then
press “Start” button.

other “Empty Function”,

Dealing for Different Poker games
-For Caribbean Stud
Pre-set: 8 hands (7 boxes and 1 dealer)
 The pre-set is 8 hands, if it is not 8 hands, please follow the procedure as
below:

1. Press & buttons simultaneously


2. Press button to choose “Menu”
3. Press “Start” button to set up your choice.

4. Press button to choose “Game”


5. Press “Start” button to set up your choice.

6. Press button to find “8 Hands – OFF”


7. Press “Start” button to change its setting from “OFF” to “ON”

Press button to CARIBBEAN, then press “Start” button to confirm your choice.

8. Input first deck of cards (color/deck A), after that please input another deck of cards
(color /deck B).
9. Please find “Plastic Card” option in the menu,
For using plastic card, please choose “ON.” For using paper card, please choose “OFF.”
10. When ready to play, press the “Start” button to start dealing out Deck A. According to
the game, each hand has 5 cards.

Procedure Process
 Input first deck of cards(color/deck A), Please input 2 decks of cards separately or the machine
after that please input another deck of will show W9 too many cards.

To start dealing out Deck A. According to the game, each
time deal out 5 cards. After 8 hands (7 boxes and 1
dealer) are dealt out, remaining cards will be

 Press the “Start” button again. To start dealing out Deck B. The process is as Deck A.

1. If you want to play Caribbean Stud with 1 deck of cards, please follow steps below:
2. Go back to MENU.
3. Find “Game” and press enter.
4. You’ll find option” Decks=1“on the bottom of the list.
5. Choose “Decks=1”, and press START.
6. Then press & simultaneously and you’ll see “START” & “MENU”, please choose
“START”
7. You’ll see four options, please choose “CANCEL.”
8. You’ll be back to Caribbean Stud game. The total amount of cards will be 1 deck (52 cards).
9. To recover this setting, please repeat steps above and choose “Decks=2.”

-For Pai Gow Poker
Action Process
 Input first deck of cards(color/deck A), after Please input 2 decks of cards separately or the

1. If you want to play Pai Gow with 1 deck of cards, please follow steps below:
2. Go back to MENU.
3. Find “Game” and press enter.
4. You’ll find option” Decks=1“on the bottom of the list.
5. Choose “Decks=1”, and press START.
6. Then press & simultaneously and you’ll see “START”&“MENU”, please
choose ”START”
7. You’ll see four options, please choose “CANCEL.”
8. You’ll be back to Pai Gow game. The total amount of cards will be 1 deck (53 cards).
9. To recover this setting, please repeat steps above and choose “Decks=2.”

-For Texas Hold'em Poker Game
Action Process
 Input one deck of cards. One deck of Cards in slots.

 Ready to play, press the “Start” button Machine starts dealing 2 cards each time.
(Generally up to 10 players/times).

 Press the “Start” button after dealing cards 1. 2 cards are delivered in output tray.
to all the players. (Up to 10 players/times) 2. After dealing 2 cards for each player, press
START.
Machine will deal another 2 more cards on the
top of the 2 cards which already in the output
tray. Dealer will show 4 cards: put 1 card
(burn) aside and show 3 cards (flop).

 After removing 4 cards, and then machine Dealer will show 2 cards, and then dealer will put
will deal 2 cards automatically. 1 card (burn) aside and show 1 card (flop).

 Remove 2 cards, another 2 cards will Dealer will show 2 cards, put 1 card (burn) aside

 After collecting 5 flop cards, the balance of cards will deal out from the machine automatically.

Input all the cards in the input tray and start another round of game.

-For Casino Hold'em Poker Game
Action Process

other one remains in the shuffler. Pre-set: 8 hands (7 boxes and 1 dealer)

Action Process

 Input first deck of cards(color/deck A), after that Please input 2 decks of cards separately or the machine will

 Press the “Start” button Remaining cards will be auto ejected.

-For Three Card Poker
Input 2 decks of cards each time, during the game one deck on the table, and the
other one remains in the shuffler. Pre-set: 8 hands (7 boxes and 1 dealer)

3. Find “Game” and press enter.
4. You’ll find option” Decks=1“on the bottom of the list.
5. Choose “Decks=1”, and press START.
6. Then press & simultaneously and you’ll see “START” & “MENU”, please
choose “START”
7. You’ll see four options, please choose “CANCEL.”
8. You’ll be back to Three Card Poker game. The total amount of cards will be 1 deck
(52 cards).
9. To recover this setting, please repeat steps above and choose “Decks=2.”

-For Deal All Card Poker
For shuffling only, cards are dealt out by dealer.

Action Process

To customize a new game with specific cards/decks setting, please follow the steps and
install program of custom games:“USER.TXT.

 The values of this program can only revises under the latest software version (137)
which included in the SD card (USB) provided.

How to Create a Custom Game for Poker in Game List


A. Please revise the program in the computer and then install it into the machine.

1. Please firstly create a notepad file and make the file name the game you want to add
in custom.
Please note that the name must be typed in without space.
(For example: Pai Gow = PaiGow.)
2. Within the file, you will type as below:

Shuffling Process
1. Drop cards with cards facing up (like the picture), please
input one deck at a time in the input tray.

2. The machine will start taking the cards automatically then


start shuffling.

3. After shuffle, if the number of cards in the machine is


correct, you may press “start” to start dealing.

Inserted fewer cards than required quantity

If you input fewer cards than the selected game requires, then you’ll see:
(For example, you choose Black Jack, and the required quantity is one deck (52 cards),
but fewer than 52 cards are placed in the input tray.)

Solution:
Insert the cards to continue, the shuffler won’t work until the card quantity is correct.

If you input more cards than the quantity which the selected game requires (and also
the LCM indicates), you’ll see the following image on the screen:

Open cover and remove jam in the shuffler.
Restart the shuffler and game will carry on.
2. If not solved, check and connect the wire of Motor X and the side
to Main Board. If motor X stop rotating, please replace it.
3. If still not solved, please check if the Encoder still fixed tight and
fixed well; connected the wire of Encoder also the wire to Main
Board. Restart the shuffler after all.
W3: When W3 occurs, please don’t remove the issue immediately.
Card In Incomplete Check where the card jam happen, might be the high of brush plate
or the card is bent. After exclude the reason, pressing “Start” to
remove the W3 code.
If W3 still happens, please tight up the Encoder and connected the
wire of Encoder also the wire to Main Board, then restart the
shuffler.
W6: Please check if motor Y is working and the wire of motor Y is
Push Incomplete loosened. If so, please reconnect the wire. If it’s not loose, please
replace a new motor Y.
Use I TEST to check if S4 still working, if not please replace it.

2. Press the button to choose “Card Removal”

4. You’ll see 4 choices: Empty Shoe, Manual Empty, Empty All, and Cancel.
5. Press button to choose “Manual Empty”
6. Press or button to check if all the slots are empty.
7. Press “Start” button to set up.
8. Remove all the cards which are in the shuffler by the indication.
9. Replace the cover, if some cards are left in the wheel, the shuffler will ask you to
remove the cards manually.
10. Press “Start” button or & button.
11. The screen shows that there’s no card in the shuffler. (A = 0, Input cards…)

Situation One: If you want to change the poker game


Situation Two: If you input fewer cards than required quantity, and press
“Start” button accidentally.

When one of the situations happens, the dealing sequence will not appear,
and you MUST do as the followings:
1. Press & buttons simultaneously to stop the operator,
2. Choose “Start” and press “Start” button to set up your choice.

If you only want to remove the cards which are only in the dealing shoe, and let the
rest of the cards stay in the rotating wheel:
1. Press & simultaneously and choose START
2. You’ll see four options, please choose Empty Shoe.
3. Take out all the cards in output tray.
4. Procedures finished.

Manual Empty
If you wish to remove cards by your own hands.
Sometimes for removing all cards, this is a quicker way than choosing Empty All.
1. Press & simultaneously and choose START
2. You’ll see four options, please choose Manual Empty.
3. Open the cover, press or to rotate the wheel and start removing cards.
4. After taking all cards out, put the cover back and press START.
5. Procedure finished.

Empty All
If you wish to remove all of the cards automatically by the machine.
(Without needing to have the cover open)
1. Press & simultaneously and choose START
2. You’ll see four options, please choose Empty All.
3. Shuffler will deal all cards out to output tray, please remove all cards in output tray.
4. Procedure finished

Cancel
If you want to change another function or you need to cancel the choice:
1. Press & simultaneously and choose START
2. You’ll see four options, please choose Cancel

Replay Function:
When error/issue happens, press “stop” without empty the slots, after exclude the
error/issue can continue the game, please follow the steps as below:

1. When error/issue happens, Press “STOP” and display will show the option
“Replay”, please choose it.

2 After choose “Replay”, display will show ”which motor” & W18: Replay”.
Use “Start” button to choose which motor you want to check, press Up or
Down to rotate/reverse the motor to exclude the fault.

3. After exclude the fault, press “STOP” , then the game will be continue.
4. All the actions will record in history file of machine by “W18: Replay”.

Card Jam
At first, you need to make sure in which part the jam occurs.

Card Jam in rotating wheel


If a jam occurs in the rotating wheel, shuffler will make beep sound so that user may
open the cover and clear the jam.
1. Press & buttons simultaneously as “stop” to sort out a Card Jam.
2. Open the Cover
3. Remove the Jam
4. Replace the Cover
5. Switch on shuffler again.
6. Press “Start” button to the “Empty Functions” game selection mode, you’ll see 4
choices on the screen:

7. Select Cancel which means: Cancel “empty function” and back to game mode.
8. Screen shows you: the correct number of cards in the slots
9. Finally, you may carry on the game.
10. Please remember put back right quantity of cards that you just removed from
shuffler.

Card Jam in Dealing Shoe


If a jam occurs in the dealing shoe, then you have to open the cover to see what the
problem is. Basically, the jam in the dealing shoe happens during the dealing process.

Solution One
(If counting system didn’t count jammed card/When you have to remove all cards):
1. Press & buttons simultaneously as “stop” to sort out a Card Jam
2. Open the Cover
3. Push the jammed card back into the slot
4. Replace the Cover
5. Press & buttons simultaneously
6. Press “Start” button
7. Select “Cancel” which means: Cancel the “empty function” choice
8. Screen shows you: the correct number of cards in the slots

1. Press & buttons simultaneously as “stop” to sort out a Card Jam
2. Select “Manual Empty” which means: empty all of the cards from the slots

W9: Min Cards
Setting up for Black Jack Only
The minimum number of cards is set to 100 cards (this number is configurable), and
the machine would not allow the number of cards in the wheel to fall below 100. In the
event 100 cards are in the wheel and none are added, the machine will stop, and display
an error W9 with short beep sounds.

Solution: Insert cards to continue until the minimum number is reached (pre-set: 100
cards).
*If you want to change the pre-set quantity, you need to change the parameter “BJ Min”
by following steps below:

Change the parameter “BJ Min”


1. Please attach the keyboard (when the shuffler is “off”).
2. Turn on the shuffler. Please press “Enter” when you see the image as below on the

When a fault occurs on any motor, it will show E5: MotorAlm:(motor
name) and alarm, for example “the faulty motor B” as below:

Solution: Please turn off the power and change the faulty motor or check if assembly

Daily Maintenance
Tool Brush, IPA(Isopropyl alcohol) and rag for wiping.
Part 1. Wheel:
1. Before start cleaning, please remove the Cover first.
2. Please take out all cards in slots and use brush to clean every slot of wheel.
3. Remove bottom plate and use brush to clean dust in it.
Part 2. Rollers
For cleaning input tray’s rollers, simply remove the cover
and input tray(without needing to disconnect wire from the connector)
1. Start the shuffler. Press both ▲&▼ to stop shuffler.
2. You’ll see Start & Menu, please choose “Menu”.
3. Select “Motor” and you’re see “Which Motor B” or “Which Motor C”…etc.
4. For switching rollers, please press Start button. (There’re 3 motors/rollers: B, C, Z)
5. Please press ▲or▼to spin the roller.
6. Put rag (with IPA solvent) against rollers, corresponding position:
7. Please remove output tray and use rag to clean roller Z.
8. Please remove 2 screws as left picture and take off output tray.
9. Use rag and alcohol to lean the roller and then clean bottom board of output tray.

1. Plug in keyboard and open the shuffler.
2. Press End on keyboard and choose “Menu”.
3. Select “Motor” and you’re see following page

4. For switching rollers, please press Enter. (There’re 3 motors/rollers: B, C, Z)


5. Please press ↑or↓to let roller spins.
6. Put rag (with IPA solvent) against rollers, it’s an easy way to clean rollers.
7. Please also clean bottom board of output tray.
