1 DM plant 24 hrs operation completed with one auto regeneration cycle

Cooling Tower
1 Pickiling and passivation of cooling water piping under progress
2 Side stream filter inside distrubutor pipes fixed , media to be charged

Nitrogen plant
1 PSA nitrogen passed thro' 1 copper catalyst unit and run the booster
compressor with a pressure of 18 Kg/ cm2, system operation to be continued
for 6 hrs to introduce hydogen into the De-oxo system
2 Ammonia cracker brought inline, initial venting is in progress
3 Tapping from the main header to SSP and DSD is under progress at OSBL
limit

Air compressor
1 Centrifugal compressor X-8601 coupling alignment work under progress
2 Reciprocating air compressor X-8801-A unloading problem rectification work
under progress
3 Air dryrer X-8703 A&B leak test completed, insulation work under progress
4 Moisture seperator fabrication for 15PA line under progress
5 15PA reciever outlet line to pipe rack welding work under progress

Chilled water system

1 Chilled water piping to AHU fabrication and erection work under progress
near DSD area

Boiler & tank farm area

1 IBR 12S steam line work at DSD area under progress
2 LSHS storage tank inside dip pipe welding completed, inside cleaned and
tank boxed up for water fill test

Air handling unit

1 Electric panel AHU erection work started
2 Regular & HMLS AHU drain fixing, plant sealing work was done
3 take up AHU suplly an dreturn air plenum fixing work under progress
4 Quinch AHU ducting work under progress
