EMPLOYMENT LETTER

5. Public Holidays Entitlements of the PUBLIC HOLIDAYS are Thirteen out of any
Entitlement of the following in a calendar year. However, the Company
reserves the right for the replacement of holidays if there are
needs to work on any of such public holidays.

6. Sick Leave Normal sick leave as provided under Section 60(F) of the
Employment Act. The Company will pay in accordance with the
 rate that will be prescribed from time to time in respect of the
medical expenses and the relevant prescriptions for you only. This
does not include dental and optical treatments.

7. Working Hours Monday to Saturday 9am – 6pm

8. Notice of During Probation Two week in lieu of notice.

9. Termination of Forthwith without notice in the event of willful neglect or

Contract breach of any terms and conditions herein contained or refusal
on your part to carry out any of the lawful instructions of the
superior of the Company or you becoming bankrupt or being
guilty or misconducts.
In the event of you being incapacitated by ill health or
otherwise from performing your duties hereunder. For the
purpose of this sub-clause, illness which has lasted for twelve
(12) consecutive weeks shall deem to be incapacitated.
