Filming & producing a video of your special day

My name is Jeremy Warren and I live in Elmira, Ontario. I enjoy videography and I have a
side business of videoing weddings. I started doing this as a hobby in 2004 and have videoed
a number of weddings over the last 10 - 15 years. My goal is to provide you with a fairly
professional video of your wedding day at a cost that doesn’t break the bank. In 2019 I
purchased new cameras and recording equipment I now have the capability to capture your
wedding ceremony and reception in Ultra HD 4K video quality using a multi-camera recording
setup. I would be very happy to offer my services to you for your special day - please feel free
to contact me.

What We Offer:
• I am will to come to the rehearsal to meet the bride & groom and discuss details of what/
who/when to film and to assess the logistics of the venue.

• Video recording with multiple cameras in 4K

• Connect camera to audio feed and record audio into video directly off of venue sound
board. This will ensure we capture the best quality audio.

• Video some casual footage before and after ceremony, and any other special moments,
both impromptu and as requested by the bride & groom

• Edit and produce a full length 4K movie of wedding ceremony (using Final Cut Pro X)

• Edit and produce highlight video or trailer of the wedding day and any other short clips of
special scenes as requested to share with friends, social media, etc.

• I will provide the finish video files to you on a USB flash drive or you can download them
from a cloud service. I try to have the highlight video complete within 2 weeks following the
wedding, the full length videos will take a bit longer to edit and produce.

Pricing:
- Film and produce video of entire wedding ceremony: $800

- Add reception video (casual, speeches, special moments, 1st dance, etc): $250

- This pricing is a general guideline, please contact me for a quote specific to the logistics
(variables such as - time, location, length of event,etc) of your wedding. And let me know if you
have any questions that are not answered in this brochure.
