I. Essay

This clothing line business is one of the business I want to build. I am new to this
kind of business and I could be hard for me to manage this, but I am ready to learn
and take a risk just to grow this.

Our product name is “Almon” is a clothing line. The store location is in around
Imus, Cavite. We are selling a nice and good quality of a T-shirt for kids, teenager
and even adults who’d love wear T-shirt and it is fashionable, you can wear it with
any kinds of jeans and skirt. Since I like to wear T-shirt and has unique design that it
looks fashionable wherever you go, you always look great even if you only wear a T-
shirt. It has an opportunity for myself, the owner, and the customers because I will
be having a chance to wear nice shirt and our customers, as well. In this
generations, mostly teenagers who’d always look for nice and aesthetic T-shirt for
their photoshoot or even for the school, every washday.

The value propositions of a T-shirt are aesthetic design and fashionable. It is a


fashionable lifestyle product. In our business, our key partners would be the T-shirt
suppliers, artist and designer, and retailers. Our key activities would be forming an
advertising for our product and of course, unique design for it. Our key resources
would focus on the know-how and social media coordinator. For customer
relationships we have social media, conversational and being friendly to patronize
our product. We would reach our customer segments through online stores and
boutiques. What are the customer segments, then? They are available for all gender
who’d like to wear aesthetic design of shirt, who live in the cities or provincial that
are into casual or classic products. For costs, we picked a few examples: salaries,
production and marketing. Finally, we added selling products to our revenue.
