INVITATION FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

NCC Limited invites ‘Request for proposal” for “Comprehensive Operation, repair &
Maintenance charges for Truck mounted Road Sweeping Machines- Model 750-D” at
GHMC-Serilingampally Municipality as per the terms and conditions given below

1. Price: It shall be noted that the rates quoted and accepted therein shall remain firm for
the entire duration of the contract till satisfactory completion of all works under this
Contract. (Details as given below)

2. Taxes& Duties: GST will be charged extra @18%on the above said prices upon
submission of GST Tax Invoice. TDS shall be deducted as per IT rules.
3. Terms of Payment: You will maintain a daily logbook, which will be signed by our
Engineer-in-charge on day to day basis. Invoice shall be submitted 1st week of every
month. 100% of certified Invoice value will be paid within 10 days from the date of
submission of bill.
Interest free Mobilization advance: Rs.1,20,000/- for two no.of machines along
with Order which will be recovered in the last month Invoice.
4. Scope of Work by Client:
I. Scope of work shall consist of Full maintenance contract.

 b) Client shall maintain and keep the machines in ready for operation condition
under the contract at all the time by preventive and break down maintenance
including truck chassis (TATA ULTRA EX-1918).
II. All consumables / spare parts (OEM make only for Chassis & Sweeping
machine)
a) Central Brush
b) Side Brush
c) Nozzle Rubber
d) Lubricants (Engine oil/Hydraulic oil/grease etc.)
e) Engine filter kit
f) Truck chassis filter kit
g) Central Hood wheels
h) Suction Tube
i) Seal kit for hydraulic cylinder / motor /pump etc.
j) Bearing set
k) V-Belt, RPM cable
l) Water Nozzle
m) Rubber sealing for door, etc.
III. Preventive maintenance shall be done as per OEM guidelines.
IV. Theft / damage of machine accessories & GPS device/ Fuel sensor tampering
outside NCC premises shall be Client scope.
V. Client will require to cover all operating Crew engaged under EPF/ESI from
the date of commencement of the work. Insurance for Operating crew has to
be done prior to commencement of work.
VI. Training: Client engineer shall be ready with PPT presentation as and when
required by NCC team / Govt.officials.
VII. Safety: Ensure that the Operating crew should follow all the safety rules and
regulations while they are on duty. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such
as safety helmet, safety jacket, hand gloves, etc., shall be arranged by Client.

5. Scope of Work by M/s NCC (NCC Limited):

a) Supply of HSD (High speed Diesel) as per mutually agreed consumption/day
b) Tyres, Batteries as & when required
c) Space for parking of machine and storing of tools & tackles
d) Dumping location shall be provided.
e) Insurance, Road tax and any other RTA related issues
f) Cost for accidental damages.
g) Cranes and other equipment supported when required.
h) Water for machine shall be arranged.
i) Semi-skilled labour for any major overhauling / support.
j) Accommodation & food for Crew.
k) Two wheeler(Except fuel) shall be provided.
l) Road details – as per the enclosed GHMC MAP
m) Insurance for the machines.
6. General scope:
a) Prior to starting O&M, both parties shall jointly inspect all machines and sign
joint inspection report.
b) 80% of machine availability shall be guaranteed by client.
c) After preventive maintenance the HSD & all lubricants consumption of the
machine shall be finalized as standard consumption.
d) Initial O&M duration will be for 24 (Twenty Four) months and this contract shall
be extended on mutual agreement.
e) For double shift operating crew, NCC will inform client 10 days in advance. Once
deployed minimum One (1) month work shall be guaranteed.
f) The Contract can be terminated by either party by giving 3 months’ notice.
g) The representatives of NCC limited and their client/consultant/GHMC team, etc
shall have right to visit and inspect the cleaning area for checking the quality of
work without any prior notice.
h) Progresses and Execution of Work: The planning, execution and completion of
entire work shall be strictly in accordance with agreed terms & conditions with
NCC Project Head.
i) If client fail to execute the job as per the requirement of the project, the same shall
be done by NCC at client cost and risk only.
