We, the members of the organizational of math club, with the divine guidance of
the Almighty God in order to establish and promote solidarity among it’s members
that is vital to enhance common ideal and aspiration, this organization hereby
submits itself to govern by this Constitution and By-laws.

ARTICLE I
Name
The name of this organization must be known as The math club.

ARTICLE II
Membership
Section I. regular membership of this organization shall be limited to MSSTI Math
students

ARTICLE III
Officers
Section I. The officers of this organization shall be a president, a vice-president, a
secretary, a treasurer, a representative from each division-all of whom shall be
elected for a term of one year.
