Serving Coffee
 Cup and saucer- the position in in 5 o’clock, always served with teaspoon located at
the right side of the coffee.
 Tea Pot- the position is 5 o’clock
 Sugar and creamer container- it depends on the guest , if she/he orders with
sugar,served the coffee with sugar container that has teaspoon inside, same with
creamer or both.
14. Presenting and Settling the bill
( the guest will call the waiter for paying his/her bill
