Tech Management CTO – VARIUS WORLD TECH - LONDON

Working with VWT I developed a theoretic Blockchain system

capable of achieving 50,000 transactions per second.
Applied for a patent and was granted a patent for the Aroura
Borealis Blockchain System. My role at VWT was to meet with
potential investors and explain the patent, the talent
acquisition pathway and route to market.

In just six months I had developed a Proof-of-concept (POC)

and hired a team of both in-house and remote staff.

During my tenure are VWT we took on funding close to

£5,000,000 GBP selling just about 25% of the company, valuing
the company at £20,000,000 GBP. With a team of 49 staff
under me after completion.

Using connections made while speaking at the previous

Blockchain Live I helped VWT to secure a headline spot with
speaking roles. I would go on to head the entire VWT effort at
the event and give keynote speeches on 3 stages.

CTO – CTRL HOLDINGS - LONDON

Jun 2017- Jan 2019

As Chief Technology Officer of CTRL Holdings I took the

company from 3 employees to 37 in just 1 year, without the
need for venture capital. CTRL Holdings provided
cryptocurrency services to companies wishing to hold ICOs
during the people crypto rush.

Often required to speak at events I was asked to attend

Blockchain Live in London supporting one our clients
(DMarket) on stage and in their booth.

TECHNICAL AVISOR – PECUNIO HOLDINGS - AUSTRIA

May 2017- Jul 2018

Working with Pecun.io as a technical and security advisor was

a challenge. Securing a WordPress to PCI/DSS compliance
and building a crypto hedge fund at a time where legislation
was loose and retrospective could have been messy, but with
my help and the help of some very expensive lawyers they
managed to stay secure and compliant.

INTERIM CTO – ICONIC FACE/ICASH – NEW YORK CITY

Working for Iconic I would travel between the UK and the US

at least twice a month. Both developing the software
remotely and attending investor meetings stateside. I was
responsible for hiring a team of 50 developers in just 6 months.
I hired 47 but the talent pool was competent enough to see
the release product through to completion.

JAVA DEVELOPER – MUFJ – TOKYO

Dec 2013 - Aug 2016

As a developer for Mitsubishi bank in Tokyo I was responsible

for translating large data files from Japanese into English,
contributing Software to the J2EE platform and systems
administration on JBOSS servers.

As a quant developer I was responsible for writing JAVA code

that would contribute to the Execute platform. Writing custom
indicators to appear on charts and implementing new
indicators such as Ichimoku clouds and Parabolic SAR. Later
working on High Frequency Trading (HFT)sub routines within
the Execute platform. Working with the FIX protocol
