Course code: PA 401 Course title: Socio Cultural
Dynamics of Pakistan and Governance

This course is designed as a broad introduction to Socio Cultural Dynamics of Pakistan


and the role of government in every sector of the economy. Besides some basic
Program theoretical concepts, it has a strong practical component. Pakistan is facing an existential threat. The
country is facing teetering on the blink of social, governmental and economic collapse.  It will help
students to understand the principles and applicability into the
modern world and help them with the skills of becoming potential and
effective part of the economy.

Learning Methodology:
Weekly three-hour sessions.

Self-study.

Weekly preparatory readings for the next session will be given to students by using the
available electronic platform. Questions for discussion in the class will be provided to students.

Grade Evaluation Criteria


Following is the criteria for the distribution of marks to evaluate final grade in a semester.
