Job portal is an application which connects employer and job seekers where employers are the source of the
resources and the job seeker can find and apply for their targeted job. This document provides details about the
entire software requirement specification for the online job portal.

 This Job Portal website is providing to the online job portal system.
 This website can be also providing information about online job.
 The customer can get the online registration.
 The Job Portal web application can be used by any employee to apply job and any employer are post to
job.

Home page is the first page of general zone. This contains : A menu bar with logo, A slider, Vision
and Mission and Footer mainly.

About us page tells about history and introduction of the website.

This page contains jobs for jobseeker , Those who has need a job they can see details after this apply
also.

3.2.4 Companies:
This page contains all companies, which can share his jobs on this website.

3.2.5: Contact Us:

This page contains contact details for any queries. This page also contains google map of website
location using google map api and a contact form using enquiry.

This page contains registration form for jobseeker.
Name, Email, Mobile, Password, Gender, Address, Pic, Captcha, Job category, Qualification

3.3.1 : Dashboard :
Dashboard of jobseeker zone is a static page containing a well displayed menu of jobseeker Zone
with the active hyperlink to related pages. You can use some special effects and animation to make it
more interactive.

3.3.2 : View Jobs :

This page can display a jobs related to jobseeker category on registration time.

3.3.3 : Applied Jobs :

This page can display applied jobs by me.

3.3.4 : Profile Management:

This page contains jobseeker information and update from here.

3.3.5 : Change Password :

From here Jobseeker can change the password, provided previous. This password will be used for
next time login.

3.3.6 : Logout :
Logout page will distroy the created session at the time of login in Jobseeker Zone and redirect at
login page.

3.4.1 : Dashboard :
Dashboard of Master zone is a static page containing a well displayed menu of Admin Zone with the

From here admin can add category of a job.

3.4.3 : Add jobs :

From here we can add a job for jobseeker, which can we display on index page for jobseekers.
Category, Job title, Company name, Company Logo, Salary, Experience, Description, HR contact,
Job Duration

3.4.4 : Management:
From here this contains four parts:
Jobs Applied: This page display all applied jobs by jobseeker.
Jobs: This page contains all jobs added by admin .
Jobseeker: This page contains all jobseekers, which is registered from general zone.
Contact: This page contains all enquiries from contact page.

From here Admin can change the password , provided previous. This password will be used for
next time login.
