Step 2 – Background Check/ Documentation formalities

All selected candidates are required to undergo our standard verification process to meet the id’s created on
compliance requirements of the organization, hence it is mandatory to submit the below
required list of forms and documents within 2 working days from the date of your Selection.

Form: Background Check Form is to be filled in CAPITAL LETTERS using a black/
blue ink. Submit 1 copy ONLY.

Documentation Checklist: This checklist includes list of documents required for
background verification. Submit 2 copies of all the documents mentioned under this

Expectation checklist: This is a mandatory checklist that talks about the company’s Creating Emp ID
work culture and job requirements. Mark a tick () in the boxes provided to Offer Generation

Step 3 – Salary Discussion & Offer Letter Release

Salary discussion will be initiated by your recruiter on completion of the Online Registration, successful submission

You will receive an automated Offer Letter on your registered email id. To access the Offer Letter, follow the below path:

Step 4 – Offer Letter Acceptance

Step 5: Medical Formalities

It is mandatory to complete Medical formalities prior to your Joining. time

For Age 32 & below, you are required to submit the Medical Fitness Certificate signed & stamped by a

6 – Onboarding Formalities

You need to Accept the offer letter in-order to initiate your Online Onboarding formalities. Follow the below id’s

1) FORM 2 (NOMINATION AND DECLARATION FORM FOR UNEXEMPTED/EXEMPTED
ESTABLISHMENTS)
2) FORM 9 (THE EMPLOYEES' PROVIDENT FUNDS AND PENSION SCHEME, 1952)
3) FORM F (GRATUITY NOMINATION FORM)

Note: Please note the ‘Initiate Onboarding’ tab will be available only after you accept your Offer. All 3 Forms displayed have to be
filled in the first attempt. Please ensure you keep all the details handy as you have only one attempt at filling this form and the
provided details cannot be edited later.

Step 7 – Joining Details
This is the final step of your Onboarding process. To assist you with your Joining formalities and address your queries, you will
receive an email and call from our HR Team 48 hours prior to your date of joining. 99% Employee
