NOTICE OF APPEAL

Accused/Appellant LARRY ABABAN y BATUNDA, through the Public

Attorney’s Office, respectfully serves notice that he is appealing the Decision
of this Honorable Court dated OCTOBER 22, 2014, the dispositive portion of
which reads:

“WHEREFORE, premises considered and there being proof of his

guilt beyond reasonable doubt, accused LARRY ABABAN Y
BATUNDA is hereby found and declared GUILTY as charged and is
hereby sentenced, applying the Indeterminate Sentence Law, to
imprisonment for a period of seventeen (17) years and four (4)
months as minimum, to twenty five (25) years as maximum.

SO ORDERED.”

TIMELINESS. The copy of the Decision was duly received by the

accused on November 5, 2014.

Pursuant to OCA Circular No. 121-2007, copy of which is hereto

attached, PAO indigent clients are exempted from docket and other fees.
