The progress of nation can be seen by the quality of human resources and the
first place to inculcate moral values and creation of individual personalities is family.
Today, many families are becoming modern because of the changing times. It also
brings impact for calculating of moral values. A lot of parents work and they can't spend
time to watch the growth of their children. And also whenever they gather round they will
still be busy with gadget. The role of family is really important to implanting moral values
and culture in earliest days to dealing with multiple systems in social life.

Family support is really important to implanting moral values in earliest days. The
earliest days were important times to teach children everything including moral. We can
say it’s the golden period because the brain system still evolving. Based on research, in
this period children will learn easily and will be long term memory. The more moral
values that family give the more children have a good behavior. Moral values not only
teach by the words, family must show them how to treat people nicely. Other thing that
can be teach by parents is patriotism. The act for loving the country, the land where
they live. Children will do what they see. And the acts of family especially parents have
the important role.

Similarly, family role has important part to create the good habit as the culture
and implanting the tradition culture. The tradition culture has the good things that can be
use in life. Some family still consistent with their own family tradition that they have from
the previous generation. Where it’s a good thing to create good habit. Children who
have good habit will give a lot of impact for the environment. They will care with people,
the problem that happen around them, and they will have fair competition soul. People
who have good habit will try to make change of their self and environment. Moreover
create the good habit is one of the indicator to the good quality of human resources.

More importantly, the family support is needed to prepare next generation to deal with
multiple system in social life. It's about the relation between the individual with other people
and some aspects of life. The good relation between family members can be a sign that this
individual also can have the good relation with people out of family. The family has to give a
good example from the way they treat other person, the way they talk, and also has the good
attitude. For instance, we should respect with people who have the different perspective with
us. It is kind a simple thing but it can give big impacts in the relation.

It can be concluded that the role of family becomes an important aspect to create
children's personalities. Children with good personalities can adapt well and they will be
accepted in their new circle. Because of that, the family in a country has to be aware of the
importance of family role to support their children from every aspect. Then, it can increase the
quality of human resources.
