Dear Mr. Ambalieu Barrie,

PROVISIONAL ADMISSION INTO THE FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCES

In connection with your application for admission into the University of Sierra Leone, I am pleased to offer you Provisional
Admission to study for the Degree of Master in Finance and Accounting (MFA) in the Department of Accountancy, Institute
of Public Administration and Management for the 2019/2020 session. You have been admitted into a two-year course.

Please inform me without delay and in any case not later than 31st March 2020 whether you accept this offer. If it is not
accepted by that date the offer will be deemed to have lapsed.

With the exception of tuition fees, ALL OTHER CHARGES are to be paid into the School’s account. You are required to pay at
least 70% (seventy percent) of the total annual fees (please visit the website @usl.edu.sl; for more information) into the
accounts stated. Please ensure that the paying-in-slips for all payments are submitted to the University’s Finance Office at
NCTVA complex, A.J. Momoh Street, Tower Hill.

A copy of this letter and official receipt issued by the University’s Finance Office must be presented to the School of
Postgraduate Studies, 4th Floor, University House, Mount Aureol BEFORE CANDIDATES CAN BE OFFERED FULL ADMISSION
AND ALLOWED TO REGISTER FOR THE COURSE.

A student who wants to withdraw from the programme within the first few weeks of a semester is entitled to a partial
refund of TUITION FEES ONLY. Refunds are based on the date the Administration receives the withdrawal application, not
the date the student signs it, and a withdrawal can only be accepted for a reason the Administration deems valid.

A candidate who wishes to defer his/her course must have paid at least 50% of the total fees due and registered with the
School as well as the Registry of the respective College in which the course resides.

ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER FORM, and attach the signed PDF copy in your reply to this e-mail. In the subject area of the e-mail,
you are advised to use the following format to write the subject: “ADMISSION + Online Application No. + Name of Course
Offered”.
