Hello students and families, 
Welcome to our online classroom! Even though we aren’t together, we can keep learning. Our plan is
to complete 4 hours of computer-based learning activities for each school day.

Schedule for March 18 to March 20

 Wonders reading! Log into Wonders Online
Spend 30 minutes daily on your To Do List and other
activities on your dashboard.

Reading  Be sure and read a book of your choice for at least 20
minutes daily. Check in each day here and record your

 Choose ONE prompt EACH DAY to write about for 30

minutes. You can use plain lined paper or type it into this
form that I can read at home. Writing Journal Click Here
 After reading “Rescue Dogs” Write about the different
ways that rescue dogs and workers team up in an
emergency. Use text evidence to support your ideas. Then
explain what you think would be the best thing about
Writing  working with a rescue dog.
 After reading "Wildfires" in you Wonders Text, do you
think wildfires are good for forests? Support your answer
with reasons and examples. You can type your essay in the
link below or write it on any lined piece of paper.
 Write a narrative/story about anything you want OR:
* Do you remember the day the big storm came?
* I was sitting on my bed in my room reading a book.
*Suddenly, a loud boom shook everything. (continue)
* My tooth was once very wiggly. . .
**Work on your How-To Report**
 Be sure and log in to ST Math and work on your math skills
for at least 30 minutes.
 Spend 30 minutes on Zearn
 Lastly, 30 minutes on Prodigy.

I’ll be available from 10am to 11am on school days to answer questions through email. Your student can talk to
me LIVE and ask questions on Microsoft TEAMS in the Home Room Team during that same hour or leave me a
