cones far apart and facing one

understanding of passing a soccer
ball before working on the activity
4. The group must complete 10 passes
before moving to a different activity
Dribbling and Passing a ball
1. Students form a group of 5 to 6
2. Two straight paths are created for
each group
3. Group members review the key
concepts of dribbling and passing a
soccer ball before performing the
activity
4. The first person Infront of the line
starts off with the ball
5. The individual must dribble a ball
from the beginning of the station to
the far back, and pass the ball once
they arrive to the middle of the disc
6. Everyone must follow the same
procedure
7. Once the last person from the
group is done, the group can move
to a different activity
Dribbling Through a set of cones
1. Find a partner and go to a
designated area where cones are
facing one another
2. Go over the motion sequence of
passing a soccer ball
3. The person with the ball initiates
the exercise
4. The group must complete 10
passes before moving to a
different activity
Scavenger hunt
1. Find the penalty box within the
field
2. Find the penalty spot within the
field
3. Identify the crossbar
4. Locate the center field
5. Walk around the field and find
the someone with colorful shoes
6. Look for someone who has
words on their shirt
7. Locate the all the corner areas
within the field
8. Find the equipment on the field:
cones, discs, soccer balls, pop up
goals, and soccer goal nets
Dribbling to a Partner
1. Find a partner and review the
steps of dribbling a soccer
before executing the activity
2. Choose a station within the
dribbling area and find two
cones facing one another
3. The person with the ball starts,
dribbles the ball to the far end,
and return to the original station
4. The next individual goes, and
repeat the same procedure
5. The group performs the activity
for 6 sets
1. Select a station, a straight or zig-zag
2. Rehearse the steps of dribbling a soccer
ball with a friend
3. Begin the exercise and a select a different
station at the end of the first station
4. The individual must complete two straight
path and zig-zag before moving to a
different activity
Dribbling competition
1. Students form a group of 5 to 6

2. Discuss about the sequence motion of
shooting a soccer ball to a partner before
performing the activity
3. Once the individual is ready, he or she can
proceed with the activity
4. The individual must complete four penalty
kick before moving onto the next activity
