TRACK ONE: Selection/ nomination and awarding of OPTUMUS AWARDEES

they need for the job market, provide networking opportunities, give them access to potential
employers, and foster the spirit of creativity that would enable them to launch their own
enterprises. The awardees have extraordinarily committed their time, talent and brilliance for
employability and entrepreneurship in support to nation building.
TRACK TWO: INSPIRED CONFERENCE| BUILD & BECOME
The objective of the conference is to present innovative programs that made Canada an
Education Superpower, gain clarity on relevant roles of AI, block chain technology, and
ubiquitous learning, to develop new passion for driving research-driven schools, business
innovation and to understand the journey of every graduate and prepare them to be future-
ready and global citizens.
TRACK THREE: SCHOOLS VISIT: BRAINSHARE SESSIONS
This track optimizes collaboration and partnerships. HERO partners with 2-3 universities as
hosts for campus tour, research presentation and best practices sharing. Riddled by

opportunities for cooperative partnerships and mutual agreements, delegates will find their
chance to be matched for the objectives they want to pursue.
 SPECIAL TRACK: BUSINESS INNOVATION AND IMMERSION
This requires an enrolment for another extra day after the 3-day
summit. This track exposes the participants to the world of
innovation and offers appreciation to the startup mindset.
