Rackspace Managed Hosting values its image as much as any other
asset - it must be protected from a loss in impact through poor usage.
Therefore, we request that authorized users please follow all guidelines

Permissions
Other companies cannot use the stated brand—in print, multimedia,
or on a Web site—without the express written permission of
Rackspace Managed Hosting, Ltd. Permission to use the brand can
be obtained by sending e-mail to info@rackspace.com. In general,
permission to use the brand is granted only to companies with

Using Rackspace in Text

Rackspace Managed Hosting
Whenever referring to Rackspace Managed Hosting, the first mention must
always include the full name of the company, "Rackspace Managed Hosting".
After the first mention, "Rackspace" may be used.

Fanatical Support™
In any body of text referring to Rackspace or Fanatical Support, the word
"Fanatical" may never be used before or after any other word in the entire Fanatical Support Logo
body of text; i.e. "Fanatical" can only be used in the term "Fanatical Support".

Intensive Hosting
Whenever referring to Intensive Hosting, the first mention must include the
description, "the Microsoft enterprise services division of Rackspace Managed
Hosting", before or after "Intensive Hosting". After the first mention,
"Intensive Hosting" or "Rackspace's Intensive Hosting" may be used.
CERTIFIED
Avoid using abbreviations and acronyms at all times. Logos must always SOLUTION PA RTNER

appear in English, however, the Rackspace Managed Hosting name may be

translated if used within a sentence.

Corporate Guidelines - Logo Usage

Size Requirements Trademark Requirements

If resizing is necessary, the logo must be scaled
in direct proportion to the original, and all words must
be legible.
• Rackspace Corporate
Logo must be at least 1/2 inch in height.
• Intensive Corporate
Logo must be at least 3/4 inch in height.
• Fanatical Support
Logo must be at least 1 inch in height.
• Rackspace Certified Solution Partner
Logo must be at least 3/4 inch in height.
White/Clear Space
Do not distort the logos or change proportions. All
Rackspace logos must have an area of white space
around the logo equal to 1/2 the height of the logo.
If resizing is necessary, the logo must be scaled in
direct proportion to the original, and all words must
be legible.
The first occurrence of Rackspace Managed Hosting,
Intensive Hosting Fanantical Support, and Rackspace
Certified Solution Partner in a document must include
a trademark symbol. The correct trademark symbol can
be produced by pressing the "alt", "ctl" and "T" keys
for Windows or the "option" and "2" keys on a
Macintosh. Please note that ™ must be clearly visible
at all times, even at minimum size requirements.

available for download below. Please ensure that you
use the correct file format for your particular
application.
