1. General Information
1.1. Project site/location (livelihood program- Barangay Hall or within the community where it
has a big space to accommodate a large number of people. )

2. Rationale:
The context of the Project- Why are you implementing the project? (as for we see that our
community needs to enhance its resources to alleviate the poverty, crime and other factors that
the community are facing. These projects are somehow can contribute to the economic status of
our community.)
What is the situation that prompted you to conceptualize the project? ( as for im also a concern
citizens where I belong to my community. I can see that the situation in my community has
lacking these kind of programs and projects. In order to the betterment of a community these
kind of program and projects can help the community especially the citizens who are involve
inside the community. Increasing jobless can possibly result to increase rate of crime.
The need for the project- Why do you need to implement project like this? (Implementing this
projects and programs will help the community to increase its status. By increasing the
community’s status it can lessen the crime rate and the poverty. And it is for the betterment of
the citizens that involve in the community.)
Does it address community needs? (It addresses the community’s need because the common
problems that the community is facing is the poverty, jobless, lack of resources for the basic
necessities. The said projects and programs are believed to be helpful to the community’s
economy.)
How will your project address that need? (the said project will help the citizens to have an
income for the basic necessity that one people needs. )
3.Objectives: Answers the question: What does your project hope to do? (the said project will be
the way to have skilled workers on their own. They can earn a money even though they are
staying inside the house. It can call the attention to those people who are jobless.
