All the students of Grade XI Science are notified that the Pre-Board
Examination has been scheduled as follows:

PRE-BOARD EXAMINATION SCHEDULE

Time: 7:00 am to 10:00 am

Note:
1. Students must collect Exam Admit Card from Coordinator/Asst.
Coordinator after submitting clearance sheet by Sunday, Chaitra 9,
2076.
2. Students must clear monthly fees up to the month of Ashad 2076.
3. The exam will carry 100 full marks and 40 pass marks.
4. The exam will have 3 hours of duration.
5. Students are not allowed to remain absent during examinations. There is
no leave provision without doctor’s prescription in case of emergency.
6. One who remains absent in the exam will have to pay Rs. 500 per
subject absentee fine.
7. Students must follow Examination Codes 2076 (available in MIS).
