First of all, the writer wants to express his thanks to Allah SWT, because of His bless
and grace, the entitled ”Meaning Through Music” can be finished on time.

The writer also wants to deliver his sincere thanks to all the people who has given
their hands to help him completing this paper. It is written to complete the final task
of English subject. It is the project to discuss how the figure of what the subject is
used in a song. In this paper you will find the meaning of the song what that we
describe it.

It is one of the assignments in English subject. It is composed of the explanation of
the meaning of the music. This is not a perfect model so the writer expects the critic
and suggestion in order to make it better.

At least the writer hope this project can be helpfull to each other. We really need

INTRODUCING

1.1 Background of the Study

English is the first foreign language in our country, which is taught from
Elementary is also University level. English is also intensively used in
international communication, in written as well as in spoken communication.
In addiyion many books of sience. Technology, art, and published issues are
written in English.

In English we also know about music and song that use those
language. Every song that been the song-writter make is always have
meaning and moral value into it. The student must know about meaning and
moral value that the song-writter give into the song. The student also must
describe about tenses of the song and theme of the song.

Moreover, the student must choose the song that will be describe. Also
the teacher give one of song that the student must describe it and sing it. After
all, the student must make the conclusion about both of song that they have
describe with.

From the above explanation, the researcher will discuss about

“Meaning through music” which is conducted because of assigment of English
teacher.

1.2 Problem Identification

Based on the background above, the research indentifies problem as

follow :

1. The student get difficulties in translated the song.

2. The student get difficulties to determine the tenses and the theme
of the song
 3. Make a conclussion from the song that they describe with.

1.3 Limitation of Problem

In this research the reseacher limits only on make a conclussion from

the song that the student describe with.

1.4 Problem Formulation

Dealing with limination of the problem, the reseacher would like to

formulation the problem as follow :

1. What the conclussion are they use to completed this research?

2. What is the student reasons in choosing their own song to sing?
3. How the student’s work for make the research good?

that is typically intended to be sung by the human voice with distinct and fixed
pitches and patterns using sound and silence and a variety of forms that often
include the repetition of sections. Written words created specifically for music
or for which music is specifically created, called lyrics. If a pre-existing poem
is set to composed music in classical music it is an art song.

A song may be for a solo singer, a lead singer supported by

background, singers, a duet, trio or large classical music vocal forms including
opera and oratorio, which use terms such a aria and recitative instead.

written that someone that tell in the song would be go and it meaning present
tense.

own.

Moral value that can we get from that song is that every human
has hero-side in their own. We must believe that we could do anything by our
own.

CONCLUSSION

From the song we can make a conclussion that we have to be brave

by our own and must not rely on hope for others that we can not hope for. We must
believe to the God because everything is impossible because of Him.

2. Second Song

From the second song as known Heroes (We Could Be) we know that
we must believe that we can do anything by our own. Be honest to everyone and
make they know that we could reach the world with our own strenght.
