Conclusion
Although, SuperJuice, is a successful company but in
order to sustain in the rapidly changing world first of
all it should change organizational culture and diversify
the business by introducing new products that cater
the social & economic needs of the consumer.

In short they should make their culture adaptive,


decentralize and give others chances to promote
the organization.
