Synopsis: Easterlies affecting Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Northeast
Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.
THUNDERSTORM INFORMATION

FORECAST: Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas will have partly
cloudy and cloudy skies with isolated rain showers. Light to moderate winds coming from
the northeast to east will prevail and coastal waters along these areas will be slight to
moderate.

FORECAST: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized
Thunderstorm is expected over Bicol Region, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and
Northern Samar. Moderate to strong winds coming from the East to Northeast will be
experienced over Bicol Region and Northern Samar, with moderate to rough seas. Light to
moderate winds blowing from the East to Northeast will prevail over Oriental Mindoro,
Marinduque and Romblon, with slight to moderate seas.

FORECAST: The province of Quezon will experience cloudy skies with light rains while
Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas will have partly cloudy and cloudy
skies with isolated light rains. Light to moderate winds coming from the northeast to east will
prevail and coastal waters along these areas will be slight to rough.

SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.
FORECAST:
Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with light rains while Palawan, Occidental Mindoro
and the rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to
Northeast Monsoon.
Strong winds from Northeast will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas with rough seas.
Moderate to strong winds from the Northeast will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro
and the rest of Visayas with moderate to rough seas.

Minimum Temperature: 24°C
Maximum Temperature: 30°C
FORECAST: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast
Monsoon will prevail over Bicol Region, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon and Marinduque. While,
cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon will be experienced over Northern
Samar. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail along these areas,
with moderate to rough seas.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon
and in Aurora Province. The coastal waters will be moderate to very rough.
Sunday morning have fair skies and cold conditions. Temperatures start in the upper 20s
and low 30s with wind chills near 20°F.A southwesterly wind around an area of high pressure
will bring higher temperatures Sunday afternoon. Highs will be near 50°F or greater. Sunday
evening will be fair and cool. Temperatures will be in the 40s after sunset. Sunday night will be
partly to mostly cloudy and chilly. Overnight lows will be in the low 30s
