Dear Ms. Avrita,

Congratulations- Welcome to White Canvas India!!

Hope we have a long and fruitful association together. Post your recent interviews with us, we
are pleased to offer you as under. Your job role will be in the capacity of Business Associate
Lead- Voice and will primarily involve the following:

1. Lead Business initiatives for the company on VOICE- Non Revenue Generation and
Revenue Generation ( Refer- Annexure 1)
2. Marketing and Supervision of our campaigns and promotions for our clients- All India
ensuring meeting client and internal objectives on VOICE.
3. Liaising with partners/ agencies and vendors for the execution of the promotional
campaign
4. Leading and motivating the team of callers and associates
5. Lead Client Relation initiatives on VOICE
6. Help the company in maintaining good TELECALLING practices
7. Help the company in maintaining and executing relevant training needs

Other Terms and Conditions

8. You will be reporting to our Founder Director- Mr. Samaresh Shah in this role with effect from your
joining. Joining date- 3/3/2020
9. You will be entitled to a monthly fixed salary of Rs 12000/- per month
10. You will be entitled to a monthly loyalty bonus of Rs 500/- per month. Payable quarterly after the
successful completion of the quarter. No part/ prorata applicable in interim
11. You will be entitled to an incentive program towards Revenue Generation done per project as explained
to you by your reporting Manager
12. Other allowance towards petty expense and travel shall be provided as per discretion and norms of the
company and shall be communicated as addendum to this letter.
13. You will be working from home/ office with your laptop/desktop and available during normal office hours-
Monday to Friday. Time – 9: 30 am to 6 pm. Saturdays- Upto 2: 30 pm unless otherwise required.
14. You will be required to report to office and to attend meetings in NCR and team reviews as will be
informed to you from time to time.
15. Regular reporting on mail and phone is mandatory. Non compliance to it will be treated as absence from
work leading to suspension and termination. Leave sanction will be on mutual consent with prior
knowledge.
16. Tasks will be given to you daily and we expect proper closures and update on the same daily. Full detailed
task update in company format has to be mailed everyday by 7 pm.
17. Your are strictly authorized and expected to work on tasks given by the company only. Any tasks done
which is not given by the company can lead to cancellation of this letter as a breach of work conduct.
18. We expect you to maintain high moral standard and code of conduct at work. White Canvas however
does not stand guarantee or cover under code of conduct or moral standard/ behavior in any manner.
19. No claim or cover outside this letter shall be entertained by White Canvas. Labor laws etc are not under
scope or consideration as part of this letter. We assume that all details provided in your bio- data and
discussions are true and correct. Any non compliance will lead to cancellation of the offer and tenure
based on the same.
20. You will have to serve 1 month notice period in the event of resignation. Resignation without notice
period will lead to forfeiting of salary and bonus
21. You will be responsible to take care of the security of materials given to you by the company for official
purpose and COMPLETE CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA AND INFORMATION during and after the assignment
with the company
22. You will be required to adhere and comply with the HR policy Document of the company. ( Annexure- 2)
23. Further addendum to this letter will be provided as deemed required from time to time.

We assume that you will keep strict confidentiality of information during your tenure with the company.

Request you to kindly sign the original letter in acceptance of the same.

Annexure 1-Business Associate- Voice

We are looking for an enthusiastic resource to join our team. You will be


responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to participate with
our services.
The goal is to promote business growth- non revenue/ revenue by expanding
the company’s clientele.

Responsibilities

 Make phone calls to potential clients


 Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
 Set appointments with prospective customers based on seniors schedule
 Train other telemarketers when required
 Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customer at all times
 Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
 Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
 Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Requirements

 Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role


 Proven track record of successfully assignments over the phone
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 Proficient in English and Hindi
 Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
 Persistent and results-oriented
 Patient and able to handle calls
