The system of leads school and colleges in Kotli is manual and facing a lot of problems.
Our school management system manages day to day school operations easily and
efficiently. It is a multi-user system and can be used by hundreds of users at the same
time and it provides complete solution for managing a school.

2. Background Studies
For the purpose of effective interaction between school’s management and parent’s
management had to collect information and details of students and manage them
according to various streams. If any modification is required that is to be done manually.
This is so tedious and time consuming.

Our project purpose is to reduce the manual work of leads school and colleges system for
managing the school, admission, fee, online result etc.

This web application is developed using PHP(hypertext Preprocessor)is a widely used
open source general purpose scripting language that is suited for web developed and MS
SQL Server with efficient database technology.HTML,CSS and JAVA Script for front
end.

6. Novelty of Study
At the present Leads school and Colleges management and it’s all procedures are totally
manual. It creates a lot of problems due to wrong entries or mistakes in counting etc. This
online Leads school and Colleges system avoids such mistakes through proper checks
and provides a computerized manual system and reduce the time consumption. This
Leads school and Colleges management system provides the communication link
between faculty, parents and students. It consists of tasks such as registering students, fee
record, and online result. Our system also provides facility to students to submit their
homework and assignment online.

 Our systems maintain grades and create a grade book and also analyze performance
of a class and enhance user satisfaction and productivity.

9.1. Economically feasibility:
Our system is economically feasible. Development cost is very minimal since the
tools and technologies used are available online. It’ s a group project so there
are no personnel costs.

9.2. Technical feasibility:

Our school management system is web based and technically feasible. It can be
easily implemented and can be accessed through any browser.
9.3. Operationally feasibility:
This system is operationally feasible as it is very easy for the end user to
operate it.
9.4. Scheduling feasibility:
This project is to build from the scratch with hard work and full dedication;
we will be able to deliver system on time.
