4a) no it is not appropriate because the teacher did not survey it from the student first. Even though
the teacher have control over the student, it does not mean that the teacher have power over them.
Doing such thing will only weaken the bond between the pupil and the teacher.

b) The important characteristics a classroom management plan must have is a sense fairness. Being
fair is important where the teacher must treat the student equally. Teacher cannot practice
favouritism even though the student have different intelligent level. Next, teacher also need to make
sure that the classroom management plan highlights the common sense and flexibility. This method
will help the teacher to be investigative and act right in the classroom. the common sense aspect will
also give the student chance to correct themselves when they make a mistake. Teacher cannot make
a rule that is too strict for them. As example, when they did a mistake for the first time, the teacher
already punish them badly.

2) A crowded classroom must follow a very good classroom management. Firstly, the teacher must
consider the placement of the pupils’ table. The table placement must make sure that the pupil have
enough space to move around the class and interact with the activity carried out by the teachers.
Next, the teacher also must consider the multiple learning style of the pupils. So, the teacher must
place them accordingly so they will not be left behind during the lesson. After that, an overcrowded
class tent to be very loud and hard to control. The teacher must set up ground rules for them to
follow. As example, teacher set up rules not to make noise or interrupt others so that they wont get
punish by their action. Then, who got the highest mark in the class will receive reward to make them
compete with each other in a good way.

3) To cater both of the autistic and hyperactive student is by preparing a special space for them to
learn that is separated from the other 30 pupils. This method will help the teacher to control their
behaviour. If they seat close to other student, they will interrupt other student. Next, the teacher
also need to provide different activity for the both of the student. The hyperactive student must
involve in an activity that require movement like dancing and so on. The autistic student must be
given worksheet that is suitable for them to try to not make him/her felt left behind. Teacher also
can do teach them using interactive powerpoint slide to make them focus on the learning lesson.
