FOREX INVESTMENT &

PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
PARTNERSHIP SUMMARY
This is to indicate that MUBITA D. MWINILAMBA and FRIDAY MUMA KANGWA have
jointly agreed to merge effort on a business investment venture for a period of 9 months subject
to renewal based on each partners interest to continue.

This is an equal partnership with a split of 50% of investment share each, equavalent to a $500
contribution and suming it up to a total of $ 1,000 as initial investment risk capital.

This document highlights the percentage in share for each partner and also the amount of money
each partner has willingly committed towards the investment. It also explains how much each
partner can withdraw, the risk inviolved, withdrawal réquisition procedure and the withrawal
percentage thereof.

In a case of Death or Insanity on any of the partners, this document gives guideline as to how
financial claims could be made possible on behalf of a partner by an authorised person to be
described in the document as next of kin.

DESCRIPTION OF INVESTMENT
Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all
investors. Before deciding to trade foreign exchange we have considered our investment
objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that we could sustain a
loss of some or all of our investment and therefore we have not invested money we cannot afford
to lose. We are aware of all the risks associated with foreign exchange trading. Any opinions,
news, research, analysis, prices, or other information attained from website or given on
WhatsApp or on telegram or on in any format or platform is provided as general market
commentary, and does not constitute investment advice. We are aware that PriceAction forex
Ltd and ForexTrade1 will not accept liability for any loss or damage, including without
limitation to, any loss of profit, which may arise directly or indirectly from use of or reliance on
their information we have subscribed to for 3 months to necessitate our trading of currencies. We
also are aware that there are risks associated with utilizing an Internet-based deal execution
trading system including, but not limited to, the failure of hardware, software, and Internet
connection.

WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE
Each partner is allowed to withdraw any amount of choice at the end of every cycle provided
there are no opened trading positions in the float. E.g If partner A decides to withdraw all his
profits leaving his initial start-up capital but partner B reinvests his profits this changes the
partnership percentage ownership all together and that means partner B holds more shares in the
business investment than partner A.

Withdrawal requests shall be made possible after 5 working days from forex brokers account
into SKRILL account, i.e provided there are no opened positions running in the trading float.

INVESTMENT STRATEGY
In order to be successful, at our speculations, we shall seek independent expert analysis and we
shall subscribe to the aforementioned websites in accessing their premium signals for three (3)
months @ $90. We shall get these signals from either whatsapp or telegram applications.

The first investment cycle shall trade under moderate risk of 30% per month in order to raise
enough capital margin to trade under high risk of 100% per month in the second and third cycles.

INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT & PARTNERSHIP ROLES

The account shall be consistently observed and monitored by Mubita D Mwinilamba as a trader
and shall sit under Tradersway as a broker with the following account No. 236074.

1. Friday Muma Kangwa shall be buying K50 worth of Zamtel weekly bundles until the
end of every trading cycle which is estimated at K600 for 3 months. This shall be in
order to access expert analysis and constant monitoring of trades and market conditions
for conducive online trading.
2. Mubita D. Mwinilamba shall be buying subscription for expert analysis for 3 months at
$90 which is estimated at K1, 350 if Dollar is trading K15.

FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS
The financial projections are speculations on the basis of market conditions and volatility
outlining how the growth of the account as it accumulates by the percentage of accrued interest
per cycle.

DEFINITION OF TERMS USED

Broker - An individual or firm that acts as an intermediary, putting together buyers and sellers
for a fee or commission. In contrast, a ‘dealer’ commits capital and takes one side of a position,
hoping to earn a spread (profit) by closing out the position in a subsequent trade with another
party.
Foreign Exchange - (Forex, FX) is the simultaneous buying of one currency while selling for
another. This market of exchange has more buyers and sellers and daily volume than any other in
the world. Taking place in the major financial institutions across the globe, the forex market is
open 24-hours a day.
Margin - The required equity that an investor must deposit to collateralize a position.
Open position - A deal not yet reversed or settled with a physical payment.
Risk Capital- The amount of money that an individual can afford to invest, which, if lost would
not affect their lifestyle.
Risk - Exposure to uncertain change, the variability of returns significantly the likelihood of
less-than-expected returns.
Volatility (Vol) - A measure of price fluctuations. The standard deviation of a price series is
commonly used to measure price volatility.
YIELD - Return on capital investment.
