Amber, your dedication to this education package has been unwavering. Ever since the
start of the project you have been full of continual and constant ideas. At times some of these
ideas may have been overwhelming but you were always ruthlessly positive when it came to
formulating the piece. You have been extremely consistent in rehearsals and always prepared
to move the piece forward in its development (We were the first peer review session with the
2nd Years - with no hesitation). Furthermore your work and maturity in planning in the actual
tour sessions was invaluable.

In terms of actual teaching, you have been a pleasure to work alongside, extremely
passionate, engaging and inclusive to work with. Although wearing your voice and energy out
through multiple runs of the piece was initially an issue, we now have the trust and support to
feed off of each other and successfully teach the lesson collaboratively. Working through injury
is always difficult during such an immersive and elongated session of performance and teaching
- but you managed to pace yourself and prioritise yourself effectively for what you needed: This
being said I do feel some more attention on warming up and cooling down may benefit you in
the future. Demonstrations and explanations were exemplary, and management of the space
and controlling/ setting the energy levels was something you did with ease.

The session itself is set out extremely well with the map effectively signposting the
session, a good balance rep, creative, fun and challenge. The piece provides opportunity for the
participants to be individuals as well as work together as a group. The piece also inspires in its
portrayal of gender equality and introduces physical contact in a safe environment. The
feedback you ask from the participants improved throughout the tour, as did your time
management skills by not being afraid to let go of moments: This allowed the attention to be
drawn to the ‘create, perform, feedback’ elements on the piece - and it was very clear what one
of these you were trying to achieve achieve of each section of the session.

Reflections upon sessions have been constant and you have been open and
understanding of criticism. Personally I think that the process has brought out a new honesty in
you, and I am enjoying that you are now much more confident with your opinions and feedback
towards both the piece and me: This openness and constantly willing attitude has been
undoubtedly vital to its success.
