Stage I - Identify Problems and Needs


His business stated as a mere electronic supply and repair center and he has employees consisting of
technicians. In view of this , different challenges will sure emerge like he has to set an outline for his
business working force. He will be needing more knowledgeable employees to help him grow his shop
and how to make his shop develop ?

Stage II - Develop Goals and Objectives


Mr.Mallari’s goal is to develop his small electronic shop into that kind of business of Mr. Chan,which
has grown into well-established appliance assembly in Manila and to duplicate his feat in other big
towns to support & provide the needs of the customers.

Stage III - Develop Alternative Strategies


The most critical part of his plan is the choice of course he will recommend his sons to take, whether
or not his sons will take into account the course he will endorse and he knows that his kids have more
potential pillars for the realization of his dreams.

Stage IV- Select Strategies and Develop a Detailed Plan


According to Mr. Chan , if he were Mr. Mallari he would choose Electronics and Communications
Engineering to be the course of his first son ,since electronic industry is what his business is all
about. much wiser as well if he will let his second son to take business administration thus he will be
in charge of the management aspects.

Stage I - Identify Problems and Needs


*Does Engineer Estabillo have to secure the services of four additional çivil engineers on a full time
basis?
*If he decided to push through with the plan of adding four full-time çivil enginners will he be able to
perform his functions effectively?

Stage II – Develop Goals and Objectives


*Make a decision whether to employ four full -time cvil engineers or not.
*After making a decision strive more to be able to perform his functions effectively.

Stage III- Develop Alternative Strategies


*After analyzing the situation of Engineer Estabillo , they suggest that he , being the owner of his
own construction firm, should first enhance his decision-making skill in order to make his busineess
more efficiently operational.

Stage IV- Select Strategies and Develop a Detailed Plan


*Based on the story of Engineer Estabillo that a great leader must not only know how to play game
safely but also take risks.
*To further gain knowledge and to perfrom his actions well he should employ knowledgeable and
additional full-time çivil engineers. As his company grows, the operations become complex so its
reasonable to hire more employees.

Stage I - Identify Problems and Needs


*The problem now is that how he handle the operation most effectively when he is just new with his
job and there are more 50 buses added to the route for the 100 buses will be servicing the various
routes assigned to motorbus company.

Stage II – Develop Goals and Objectives


*To settle the disputes with the maintenane personnel.
*To convince the maintenance personnel to not quit their jobs to innovate and improve the old
method of purchasing.
*To fix problems regarding inadequate ,excessive and obselete parts in the stock room.

Stage III- Develop Alternative Strategies


*They must conduct additional training fort he new employee that they may hire,just to make sure
that the bus route will do a better service travelling back to back to its destinations. The mechanic
should had their support as a maintenance that every unit must be checked they move on to their
destinations.

Stage IV- Select Strategies and Develop a Detailed Plan


*They must hire new employees since the addition of a 40 new buses to be added on the route
assigned to Motorbus company. No one should be able to quit that he must need to convince his
employees under his supervision as a result of a good performance in the part of a workforce.

and what are the possible credible points that he could raise to support new set-up of the
organizational chart?
* BPIC will undergo expansion that is why proposed an additional manpower which lack quantities.

* Hiring more helpers that will be assigned in the production line will be very useful in expediting the
company’s manufacturing procedure because segregation and distribution of products over time will
also increase, thus profit margin will be pull up as well.

* Given that they are targeting greater profits than their previous sales they must considered that
higher production capacity is inclined not only in an increase in land, building, machinery and
equipment but most importantly on the people that will manipulate everything during its operation
phase.
