SCOPE OF WORK FOR INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING OF DSS & DFDSS AT BOLANI MINES
BASU ENGG SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Supply of Drawings to execute the work
2. Oxyegn, LPG Cylinder, welding machine with cutting set
3. Hydra, JCB, Temporary Ladder etc. As per site requirement
4.Supply of all materials like Pipes with feetings, pump, compressor, valves, sprinklers & Nozzles
5 Electrical and automation
6. Supply of Hoist for erection and testing
7.Water tank for location 2
8. Paint for pump house and pipe painting
9.Arrange for guest house on chargeable basis
10. Necessary supportting structure and foundation bolts including LT bolts
11. All PPEs
12. Supply of grouting materials
CONTRACTOR SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Supply ofAll consumable items
2. Grouting of pumps as others item as per site requirement ( Civil activies)
3. Civil work like painting/glass fixing etc. will be on "Manpower Supply" basis.
4. Painting of pipeline & structures and white washing of pump houses( both 1 &2).
5.Erection hoist for both the pump houses
6. Re storation of both the pump houses ( complere jobs including civil)
7.Laying of pipes, valves, sprinklers, Nozzles and others accessories as per site requirements for DSS & DFDSS
8. Testing of all sprinklers and Nozzlesafter commissioning
9. Installation of Pumps , compressor at repective location as per instruction
10. Completion of work with in 6 weeks
