Scope

Conduent Business Services, LLC and its subsidiaries provide this policy as a guide for employees. This policy applies
to all employees of Conduent Business Services, LLC and its subsidiaries who are based in the Region/Country
identified above and any reference hereafter to Conduent is a reference to Conduent Business Services, LLC and its
subsidiaries.

Summary

This policy provides guidance around responsibility for personal and company property in the workplace.

Policy

I. General

Conduent cannot assume responsibility for the damage or loss of employee personal property (wallets, cash,
paychecks or other valuables). Employees are responsible for their personal property at the work site, in a
Conduent vehicle, or at work related functions. Employees are expected to use caution with the items they bring to
the workplace and to take responsibility for the security and protection of those belongings.

II. Principles

The following principles, while not exhaustive, should serve as guidelines for management:

• Expect employees to show respect for Conduent property and the property of other employees.

• Require employees to use the company’s property with care and only for business purposes except as
otherwise permitted in accordance with the policy “Personal Use of Company Equipment or Resources”.

• Ensure that all information systems, computer programs, software, copiers, office furnishings, equipment,
supplies, and so on are used only for business purposes except as otherwise permitted in accordance with
the policy “Personal Use of Company Equipment or Resources”.

III. Malfunctioning or Unsafe Equipment

Equipment that is not working properly or that appears unsafe in anyway should be reported to management
immediately. Under no circumstances should employees start or use equipment they believe to be unsafe, nor
should safeguards be modified or adjusted.

IV. Violations

Violation of this policy seriously jeopardizes morale and productivity and compromises the work environment the
company strives to provide. All infractions will be investigated and appropriate corrective action will follow. Any
employee in violation of this policy will be required to make restitution, will be reported to the proper authorities,
and will be subject to corrective action that may include termination of employment.

V. Reporting Violations

Any employee possessing knowledge of the actual or potential unauthorized, removal or destruction of
employee or Conduent property must report the information to management immediately.

Exceptions

Within the boundaries of each policy there may be ‘allowable’ exceptions, and where this is the case the policy owner
(e.g. Global Leader, Compensation for the Compensation Policy) will oversee and grant the exception subject to
approval of the Chief Human Resource Officer.

Without the necessary approvals, no exceptions may be made to the existing HR policy nor granted to specific
individuals. Any other exception would be classified as unauthorized and would be considered a policy violation.
Where a policy exception is made without the appropriate approvals disciplinary action, up to and including termination
may be taken against the employee(s) who authorized the exception.
